It was a pleasure working with Robert Long on a complete revamp of our company website. Our business has used his services for decades but it was the first experience for me.Robert had the creative vision and technical expertise to make the website do everything we needed it to do for an easy-to-navigate, intuitive, user-friendly experience, all while keeping the look and feel of the brand. The final product is more than I ever imagined, providing both helpful information and a strong marketing tool.Robert was an excellent project manager and true professional, building a framework from the start, checking in throughout the process with updates, and able to flex in different aspects as our business offerings evolved. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Seller's Bay to anyone looking to build or remodel their website.

Robert with Sellers Bay is all over it. I hired him to build us a new website and manage our Google face to the public. I had a meeting with him prior to start and he was all over it after that meeting. Started almost immediately and got us built up fast. Now we are getting calls based on the Google ads. We have been so pleased with his work we are going to have him move and improve our other website too. I highly recommend Robert with Sellers Bay.

Highly recommend Sellers Bay, very responsive, upfront about the services that were to be completed for my new website, no surprise charges or anything like that.I dealt with Robert, he was able to make the website look exactly how I wanted it. I am very picky with this type of stuff, and he never had a problem fine tuning everything that I mentioned to him Also, very honest, polite, and easy to work with. Thank You!!!

Used a fraudulent tracking number to "placeholder" a shipment, the tracking number was set to re-deliver to their address. The item they claimed to have shipped was the wrong weight (4lb) when the actual item in a box is exactly 6.1lbs. When asked about the questionable tracking, they opted to refund the order instead of fixing it. As a note, they were underselling MSI Direct on a motherboard by almost $150...

Ordered a product from them off of Amazon. They were never clear on shipping and claimed they sent to UPS but UPS says they never received. This company just wants to hold your money and when you finally call them on it they fold but if not they will hold your money as long as they can with no explanation as to why. They never reached out to me once until I called them up after I was past delivery time with not a single word.

I recently opened my own business and needed all the technical support I could get to start off on the right foot. I came across Steven May, and he has been amazing! He strikes the perfect balance between technical expertise and business-focused solutions. Communication was always prompt and clear—whether by email, phone, or text. Whenever an issue came up, he not only explained the problem and solution in detail but also guided my team and me until everything was fully resolved. His professionalism, knowledge, and ongoing support have been exceptional!

We went to Bower Web Solutions for help on an existing website which was "broken" and needed a lot of work. The owner, Dan, and his Web Developer, Tom, did a terrific job with not only fixing everything that was wrong with the site, but they went above and beyond so we now have a site we are proud of. We couldn't be more pleased and will certainly be working with Bower Web Solutions going forward on all of our IT needs. We highly recommend them.

Fantastically positive and driven team who on every interaction you just know care deeply about a) what they do b) what they deliver and c) ultimately the experience the end user will have.Hugely impressed with their personal, creative and energy driven approach at the pitch stage, I commissioned 3SC to help us better scope an app. Their task was to take an in-house developed app prototype, and turn it into a fully fledged technical specification with user stories, MoSCoW prioritisation, costs, and an updated look and feel; all done with audience need at the heart.Myself and the wider team have nothing but very good things to say about 3SC. When reflecting on an agency to work with, loads say they can do it, some can actually do what they say they can do, even less do it in the spirit of real partnership and mutually respect/drive. 3SC do all of these excellently. I highly recommend them.

We've had an awesome experience working with Ghost on our website relaunch. Going into the project, it felt like a big undertaking for our small team, but Bethany, Nick, and Haley made the process way less intimidating than we expected. They've been great to work with throughout the entire project and have done an excellent job guiding us through planning, design, and development. Their expertise really shows, and they've always been quick to answer questions and offer solutions. We're extremely happy with how the site is coming together and couldn't recommend the Ghost team more!
