Extremely disappointed with MultiQoS. Waited over 18 days for an estimation, which I never received. And their response was nonexistent. The communication was lacking and unhelpful. Disappointed with the overall service and professionalism. Lack of service and communication raises serious concerns about their reliability. Not a recommended choice.

It was a pleasure working with PUREi on a new Catalog Design. What seemed like a daunting task (data to design), ended up being an enjoyable experience. My Institute created a collection of 16 short videos as part of a parent education project. I was initially reluctant to hire a "small town" production company with prices far more reasonable than the big city bids we received. But my expectations were exceeded in every way. Purei was so professional all across the board: production, editing, directing the actors--in every way they were superb (and I'm a very tough customer to please LOL). We were working during the constraints of the pandemic and they moved things forward beautifully and sensitively. I cannot sing their praises enough, and am keeping my fingers crossed that my organization will find the funds to do another project so I can use purei once again.
