Roger is honestly superb. Polite, professional, patient and engaged. A rare find. To say he went the extra mile, before we even did business, is an understatement. Both he and Bond gave us their free time - before even asking us to commit to a purchase - so they could get to know more about us, and our project. We got inciteful advice without even having to pay for the first meeting.When you are considering be working with a company regularly, it's important you enjoy working with them/speaking with them. It felt more like speaking to a friend with Roger, than speaking about work when we met him.
