We have worked with a few different agencies before but Impacto has definitely been the best in terms of communication and helping the overall business strategy rather than just the campaigns. Jan was instrumental in rebuilding the NZSUP website. The site had been built and was running on someone's PC. It was horribly outdated, and not mobile responsive at all. Within a few days he had the site hosted properly and rebuilt on Wordpress, using the Elementor page builder. The entire architecture was re-organised to make sense and follow intuitive navigation. Since then we are able to share upcoming events, feature our social media, capture leads, build a CRM, and even track visitors via Google Analytics. We now look like a professional organisation and proud to show all our paddle members their new site. We get compliments all the time, especially from the international community.
