We couldn't be happier with our experience working with our neighbors, Sanctuary Marketing Group, to build the new northcantonlibrary.org! From start to finish, their team was incredibly organized and communicative. They took the time to understand our goals, the library industry and our users. Using the information they gathered, they created a website that is not only beautiful and modern, but also user-friendly, mobile-responsive and designed to meet the needs of our patrons. Their research-driven approach, custom design work and attention to accessibility were what we needed. We especially appreciated how responsive and supportive their team was throughout the entire process. We felt like true partners with them, and came to just really enjoy them as people too. Tom broke the process down for us from the very beginning and made what could have been overwhelming feel much more manageable. Kristi and Kathleen were absolutely amazing to work with as they kept us organized, on schedule and informed. Their attention to detail, quick responses and genuine investment in our success made the entire project run smoothly. Luke went above and beyond to teach us what we needed to know to integrate the website with the many tools we use. He was patient, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful in making sure the site would not only look great, but function well with our systems. The final product truly exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Sanctuary to any organization looking for web development!

The folks at Aztek took time to understand our business processes before starting to design anything - even a simple redesign of a non-public-facing application. They asked questions to understand what a user would want to see, where they would expect to see it, and most importantly WHY. Through an iterative process, we arrived at an intuitive design that pops. An when we had any issues with implementation, including roll-out issues with small details, they were responsive and very helpful ironing out minuscule details well after checks had been cashed. We've used Aztek before and will again without question.
