We worked with Valmax on the full redesign and rebuild of the 11 Mirrors website. For us, this was not simply a visual update. The website needed to reflect the brands approach to hospitality while working as a practical commercial tool across the hotel, Restaurant & Bar, and FACE the Rooftop. The scope included a full WordPress rebuild, Ukrainian and English versions, booking flows, integrations, mobile optimisation, and a CMS that our marketing team could manage independently. Our experience working with Valmax was structured and straightforward. The project moved through clear stages discovery, wireframes, UI design, development, QA, content, and launch which made it easy for us to understand where we were in the process and provide input when needed. Importantly, the team understood the business logic behind our requirements rather than treating them purely as design requests. The result is a website that better connects our different hospitality experiences, makes booking actions easier to reach, and is more practical for our team to manage day to day. Overall, Valmax delivered what we had agreed on and handled a fairly complex project in a clear and organised way.

As for the technology stack, we're using React.js, Python, and Django to create this software piece. Moreover, our whole backend is hosted in AWS. We're very happy and satisfied with how everything has turned out and with the whole Infograins team. Their willingness to discuss issues, fix problems, and help us with anything we need is great, so I wouldn't want to have developed this product, especially the MVP with anyone else. I began working with Vlad in 2022 when we needed 3D characters made for our web3 gaming project. Vlad demonstrated exceptional organizational skills, hiring additional specialists such as programmers and consultants to further enhance the project.The initiative to create a second version of the game came from me, and Vlad actively supported this proposal. He attentively considered my wishes, coordinated the team's efforts, and prepared additional technical tasks for new challenges. Vlad also successfully adapted the characters for use in Unreal Engine and coordinated the development of game mechanics and NPC physics, including the creation of new game levels.Currently, Vlad is actively involved in refining the game, upgrading our characters. His professionalism, teamwork skills, and results-oriented approach make him an exceptional project manager and we will continue to work with him as long as we can! Vlad is a huge asset to any business in this industry and if he does not know how to do something, he will learn it, or bring one of his many contacts into the project! We are yet to find a problem that Vlad could not fix!
