My company was a loyal customer of Studio 98 for several years. They hosted an information only website for me. Last year the page was "hijacked" with malware and was flagged by Google and others as a dangerous web page. I called support and got someone and created a ticket. After a month of my website showing to my customers as a site with malware and non functional I called again and was assured they were working on it. I asked for it to be taken down. Two weeks later nothing had changed. I called and asked for my files so I could get someone else to fix it. The files had viruses and were not useable. I had to pay for someone to completely redesign my site. All the wile they were still charging my credit card. Obviously I do not recommend.
