I met these guys at the NRA (National Restaurant Association) show last year in Chicago. They seemed like good people at the time and so a few months later we decided to sign up with them to get some additional POS integration work done.In our conversations with their sales team, specifically with Alex Rodriguez, they had made some pretty bold promises. Despite our hesitations, Alex assured us that "they had extensive experience in this space for year and years" and could follow through on these promises.Within a week, we were onboarded to a team in India (not local like they say), and the dev team mentioned that they would not be able to help us with what promised by Alex.... they mentioned this on the first day.I said, well - this is not something we want to do then and so they respied "let us double check with our team and get back to you.. " ... and in the meantime, "we can work on looking at your current tech stack integrations"... I said "ok."Weeks passed, no response. Finally at the month mark, we had our 2nd bill from Chetu and an answer that they could not accomplish what we wanted but they had "improved some of our POS integrations" (whatever that means). I was frustrated and asked Alex the sales rep to stop the service immediately, to which he and the team replied that we had an agreement and that I would be stuck paying $5k for another few months for work I was not interested in getting done... I responded that I would not pay for a service that I did not ask for and that this was a breach of our initial agreement.I brought up our initial conversations and promises that were made when we signed to Alex. He ignored and passed me off to the devs and other members on the team....This company is unprofessional. They overpromise and underdeliver. And to this day, they call me and write me emails weekly asking for additional payments.To this day, I'm still waiting on a response from Alex from sales.What a joke. Steer clear of this company.

Hired Chetu a long time ago to start a project, between dealing with PMs and Devs in multiple time zones, an unorganized structure, and slow development, they could not even deliver an MVP product. Sales team promised a delivery in a certain timeframe, and no milestones were ever reached on time. Glad there are options now like Claude Code and Googles Antigravity to eliminate developers like this that are going to oversell, overcharge, and under deliver.

I would strongly caution anyone considering working with this company. Our experience has been nothing short of disappointing. Deadlines were repeatedly missed without clear expectations or proactive communication. Projects dragged on far past the promised timelines, and there was a consistent lack of accountability from the team. Customer service was equally poor. There was no sense of urgency in resolving issues which ultimately resulted in wasted time and resources. If you are looking for a company that delivers on commitments, values transparency, and takes accountability for their work, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Working with this company has been a frustrating and costly mistake. From the beginning, they made big promises timelines, quality, support, and results that simply never came to fruition. What we got instead was delay after delay, subpar work, and constant miscommunication.We invested significant time and money into this partnership, and in return, I’ve been left with little to show for it. Every attempt to escalate concerns or get meaningful help from upper management was met with indifference or vague reassurances that led nowhere.It’s clear they either don’t have the capacity to deliver on what they sell, or they simply don’t care once they’ve secured your business. Either way, I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Save yourself the stress, the money, and the wasted time, look elsewhere.

We’re now at double the projected timeline, and the essential capabilities and workflows still aren’t functioning.There’s been no urgency or real escalation on the project. Recuiter Rashi Sahu connected me over Linkedin for job opportunity. Online Interview was scheduled for next day. I kept waiting at scheduled time for interview nobody showed up, after 15-20mins i pinged the recuiter over linkedin for which she replied that within next 15 mins they will connect me( i did smell the unprofessionalism).After 15 min online interview started. Interviewer asked about my profile and general questions.( No technical questions). And said they will inform me for next round.After 2 days or so i tried connecting recuiter, as expected no response. I did send email to share the feedback of first round of discussion, again- no response.I am not complaining as i have experienced such unprofessional attitude with recruiter earlier as well in other organisations.So this is just a kind request to all HR teams/recuiters. For you person is just a candidate who may or may not be a perfect fit for your requirement, but for a candidate you are a actual 'HUMAN' resource from whom he expects humble genuine response as your response/feedback helps him to improve and fine tune his upcoming career.Again I am requesting to share my proper feedback.
