My experience at Nordia (now NQX) was disappointing. The service was poor, and the training was insufficient. Despite being told I wasn't performing well, I believe I did my job correctly, yet my probation was extended.Working from home in the sales team, I find the work quality lacking. The HR and Team Leaders are not effective. During online training, I received no support and felt mistreated.As part of Bell, Nordia seems focused solely on profit, neglecting employee mental health. The service quality reflects this. Forget Bell altogether.

How many times a day do you call? No voice mail, just random numbers saying Scotiabank. Apparently it’s Optima Communications on behalf of Scotiabank. I don’t know what you want but friggin stop calling. I block one number and there are more!

I was receiving numerous calls from different numbers, all saying Scotiabank, so finally, I tried calling the number back and then I googled it. I phoned the official number and spoke with reception who told me it was a marketing call and she offered to remove me from the calling list that’s the only reason that they get an extra star.I felt quite anxious about all these calls. I do not know if it’s actually a scam or not

Received multiple calls from different people claiming to be working with Scotiabank. They call at odd hours and when blocked with one number, try and call from another. They are relentless and won’t stop harassing normal hardworking people. Absolute menace.
