They had some great exercises to facilitate this process and I particularly enjoyed how they teased out how flexible we were in terms of scope, budget, quality, and timeline. Doing so helped us ensure our expectations were all aligned prior to starting work. Table XI also maintains a great engineering culture, which was exhibited by their engineers.
