Have had great experiences with this CPA firm! They are highly experienced in international tax matters, including preparing FBARs. They always make me feel confident in their expertise. They are responsive and return my phone calls promptly, which is really appreciated. Their fees are fair, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended!

Started my 2019 tax return while working on my 2018 return.I never requested him to start the 2019 return.I was never informed of his $200 hr feeI never received an invoice for the 2019 (work) only a court order for small claims.I learned about his $200 hr fee in small claims. To my surprise he won the small claims case.To my knowledge he has sued and won against previous clients, he sent me a text stating "10 judges have let this work payout to me"I regret walking into his office and hope others have a better experience.**Response to your responsePeter Rudolph / CPA South FloridaContrary to your opinion, I believe my experience is perfectly valid regardless of the judge giving you credit for 2 hrs of work. The facts are that I never knew about your$200 an hr fee. I never asked you to start my 2019 corporate return and I never received a bill for this work your claiming to have done.I probably should have hired professional representation considering you have more experience in small claims court.*Searched Broward county courtsCPA South Florida, A CPA PA, Peter RudolphShow's close to 30 cases in small claims as a Plaintiff and several other cases involving him as a defendant.

I checked in for a 10 day stay here at the HomeTowne Suites by Red Roof Inn and when I tried to connect to WiFi through Chromecast all I got were warnings that it was unsecured, etc. I saw a magnet on the refrigerator in my room and it said if there was any problem connecting to WiFi, call customer support and it had a phone number and specified that it was available 24/7! So I called and whoever answered was very kind and patient with me (which was unexpected and greatly appreciated). He asked me a few questions and had to walk me through the procedure but wasn’t condescending or rude. He was the opposite which was patient, kind and understanding. Thank God there are still nice people out there. It gives me hope for humanity. My problem connecting to WiFi was resolved quickly and satisfactory. 🙏🏻

Had a problem completing sign in to a hotel's wifi. Management contacted Cyber Hospitality LLC and suggested I call them as well. The tech professional at Cyber Hospitality was polite and helpful, resolved the issue and gave me a call back, all within about 10 minutes. Very satisfied with their service
