We hired Tim and his group at New Paradigm Marketing to develop a new e commerce site for us. The entire experience from start to finish was professional and effortless. To start, Tim furnished us with a Website Preparation Guide. This was extremely helpful in explaining the entire process as well as offering a complete and well organized outline of the steps to be taken during development. We found Tim and his team to be very professional, friendly, responsive and patient (as we are not necessarily technically savvy). The finished site is responsive, easy to navigate and beautiful! Comprehensive training was provided on updating our product on the site as well. Thank you Tim for bringing in our project in a timely manner with excellent results at a very fair price.

I have had the absolute pleasure of having Tim at New Paradigm Marketing Group be my guide, website consultant and website creator. Tim helped me get clear on what kind of a website I wanted and then together we built it. Tim was there with me explaining all the steps and even trained me on how to do some of the back end creating. Tim has also a great service that many dont know about which is his website maintenance. My website got all the updates and any time it went down, Tim took care of it within 24 hours, sometimes within an hour. Horrible customer service! No support from billing or tech support. It is not at all what the web page was purported to be, there is no dashboard to make simple changes, and billing is a joke. No one answers their calls except sales. Very slick presentation and you are stuck with bills that keep coming-BEWARE. I have been with them over 2 years and we are sold on the fact that the website is always ours.

My experience with this company Palm Desert Geeks, has been extremely frustrating. Pat, the owner, is a very poor communicator—he rarely responds to texts, emails, or phone calls in a timely or consistent manner. As a paying customer on a monthly subscription plan, I expected a basic level of service and professionalism, which was not delivered.Their services for website development, social media, and content posting are subpar. It appears the person responsible for this work is only available for a few hours a week, and it shows in the quality and consistency of the output.When I raised concerns about the lack of results and asked about the value I was receiving for what I was paying, I was abruptly terminated via text message—without any real conversation or attempt at resolution. Pat seemed completely unwilling to accept feedback, taking it as a personal attack rather than an opportunity to improve.Overall, it was a terrible and disappointing experience. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you’re considering using this company.

Visiting family in the area and had an issue with my mac and it not recognizing my external hard drive. Went as a walk-in, the day before my flight and the female employee was so unbelievably kind and helpful. Fixed the problem on the spot, luckily wasn't too complicated. Could not recommend this place more, I have had other issues in the past and always bad experiences at the Apple in Palm Desert. Go to the Palm Desert Geeks they are the best, just be aware they are on the 2nd floor!
