I hired Koretechx to help me with a basic website. I was confused about what I wanted but they knew that from day one. They knew I was very new to this process and that's why I hired them! I realized quickly they couldn't guide me at all but basically wanted me to do all the work and send it over to them and then they only responded with a few proofs. This process went on for weeks and I began to give up. They chose to blame and threaten me for my communication. I stopped communicating after many weeks of waiting for proofs. The low quality and the little bit of work I did get was poor, sloppy, and unprofessional. They were rude and disrespectful specifically Tyler. I was completely kind and agreed to pay them for their time which was $250. I did not complete the project with them since they were basically not very good at what they claim to do, they did not seem trustworthy while threatening me, and they were poor communicators yet blamed me for my communication. When Tyler was unavailable which was several times, I worked with David and he could barely speak English. Most importantly, I had not been satisfied with anything they had done up to that point which again was the bare minimum at best. I would beware of this place. It is most likely untrustworthy. I wrote this review in hopes I can protect others from wasting their time/losing money. The reviews on their website are also fraudulent although they look nice.
