We have our Microsoft 365 set up through JourneyTeam. Have not needed assistance in a long time, perhaps never. However, needed help today as all of my Microsoft applications stopped working despite our subscription still being in effect (I double-checked this).CANNOT GET THROUGH TO A PERSON TO GET ASSISTANCE GOING ON 3 HOURS> HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO GET THROUGH TO ANYONE - not sales, not support, not anyone. On May 6, 2024, I walked into the ER emergency room on St. Mark's Hospital, which is the nurse she was not really hopeful. Asking for the doctor, she said he's not available for you. Asking for insert medication, she said, I do not have a virus. When I did ask her my third question about five days notes for my work to be off, she said she can't give me more than two days. At the end, they paid me And when I refused to pay that bill, they sent me to debt collection I called billing department, they said we can't do nothing for you. When I called billing collection, they said, do you have to go resolve this issue with St. Mark's billing?

Greenmouse Technology has displayed some of the worst behavior I’ve seen from a supposed tech company. A developer I know gave them his best, completed his notice period with professionalism, and instead of honoring their part of the agreement, they chose to ghost him. No responses, no payment, blocked his number, ignored every attempt at contact — and to top it all off, they instructed security not to let him into the premises. This isn’t just unprofessional, it’s disgraceful. No serious business should operate like this. Stay far away.

A developer I know served his notice period professionally and fulfilled all responsibilities, only to be completely ignored afterward. They refused to pay what was rightfully his, blocked his number, avoided all calls, and even instructed security not to let him into the office. My only experience with Creyox was purchase of their custom Odoo search module. It sounded to be exactly what we needed, but it didn't work. Gave up after several months and revisions to module by Creyox support. Ended up paying our own Odoo partner to create custom code. Then, we received a further revision from Creyox which appeared to work on their site with our data, but it was too late. Unfortunate, because eventual cost of custom code was many times more than the inexpensive Creyox module. They offered us a refund and asked us to remove this review.
