Feedback on IT Support - MarkThis morning, I was running behind for our scheduled meeting, and I truly appreciated Mark's patience with my tardiness. Once I communicated that I was delayed but my computer was online, he immediately began his tasks without hesitation.During the session, Mark not only resolved my computer issues quickly and effectively, but he also took a moment to share advice-- reminding me to enjoy these times with my kids because they grow up so fast. That thoughtful reminder meant a lot and showed the personal care he brings to his work.Thank you, Mark for your professionalism, patience, and the excellent support you provided today.Renee T - CFGC

For me, FHC+P is the perfect employer. I've been part of the team for five years now, and during that time I've found exactly what I was looking for: a blend of freedom and security. The work is self-directed, without constant micromanagement or complicated processes – this gives me the freedom to carry out my tasks as I see fit. At the same time, I don't have to worry about financial risks, such as illness. This combination of independent work and the security of a permanent employment contract makes FHC+P an exceptionally good place to work for me.

Unfortunately, no long-term perspectiveI have as of January 1st. Started a new position at FHC+P after working for a corporation for 9 years. Unfortunately, after just 27 days, I was terminated again for economic reasons. From my personal experience, I recommend finding out more about the economic situation and long-term prospects before applying. Such short-termism can be a major challenge for new employees, especially if they have previously given up a secure job.Positive:✔️ Friendly teamNegative:❌ Very short period of employment❌ Uncertain economic situationI share this experience to help others make an informed decision.

We recently switched from another IT provider to NetWize - our experience thus far has been excellent for a number of reasons:1. Everyone we have worked with has been very knowledgeable and they have come up to speed on our environment very quickly2. Their staff is very pleasant to work with - they dedicate the necessary time and effort to quickly identifying problems and proactively proposing solutions3. When we had our first semi emergency and needed someone onsite with less than 24 hours notice, they made it work and very quickly had us back up and running4. The entire sales process was low pressure and they have thus backed up everything that was pitchedWe hope this continues to be a strong relationship for years to come

We've been using Hyran IT Consulting for close to 3 months now and every time we call, we hear back within 30 minutes. As part of our pre-screening interview with Hyran IT we learned that they support companies with as many as 150 employees. We'll continue to use Brandon and his team for future IT services! After using Hyran IT for nearly 2 years now, I can say they are still delivering the highest quality of reliable services and solutions for Ripsaw Media. Terrible service. I trusted Cyber Protect LLC to help secure my data, but I still got hacked while under their protection. When I reached out for help, their support was slow, unresponsive, and offered no real solution. They took no accountability and left me to deal with the damage on my own. Completely unreliable and not worth the money. Would never recommend.Edit: Your response is disappointing and frankly evasive. If you have no record of me as a client, maybe that explains why your “protection” failed so miserably. Your slow, unresponsive support and complete lack of accountability left me to deal with the consequences alone. Claiming that neither you nor your clients have ever experienced a breach sounds more like a PR line than reality. If you want to prove otherwise, then start by owning up to your failures instead of brushing off legitimate concerns. Until then, your “enterprise-grade solutions” are nothing but empty words.
