I found an ad on one of the job portals. I sent my CV and after some time they got back to me with questions - about salary expectations, about termination - quite standard - and with a task to do. I heard that "the sooner I do the task, the sooner the recruitment will go" - great, I got determined and did the task the next day, sent it and ... silence. I asked what was going on and was told that "at the moment there is no one to check, because the person responsible is on vacation and will be back on Monday". Ok, it happens. Of course, no one replied on Monday either, I asked on Tuesday and got a reply that "something has changed, and for now they have to suspend recruitment" and that they will get back to me as soon as something opens up. Almost two weeks have passed and no response - neither about the application nor the recruitment. Not a serious company, I do not recommend it to anyone. They waste time and do not even know how to get back to me. No respect for candidates. I understand that the IT market is what it is, but as they say "karma comes back" and I hope people treat this company the same way.

Such a fraud company. They are hiring Java but after after coming to that place they are saying there is no hiring for Java developer and forcefully they said to me if you want to build your career in this company then go for .net and after all they won't take my interview properly. Management system is very bad. I recommend to all the students don't go to this company bcz the company don't have any project and by the name of interview they are wasting all the students time and after all they won't take anyone...

I want to share a detailed account of my interview experience at NKU Technologies for other candidates, particularly experienced professionals considering applying here.I have 12 years of experience across various companies, including project-based and consulting roles — a fairly normal profile in today's job market. I cleared the technical round successfully, demonstrating that my skills and experience were not in question. Despite this, the next round with the CEO was not a professional or behavioral assessment — instead, it turned into an extended interrogation about why I left each individual company on my resume, one by one. This is not standard interview practice; a reasonable hiring conversation touches on career transitions briefly, not as a repeated line of questioning across every job change.More concerning: at one point, the conversation moved into asking about my personal political views. This has no place in a professional interview and is not a lawful or standard hiring practice anywhere I'm aware of.Having already cleared the technical bar, I expected the final round to assess culture fit and professional judgment — not to feel like being put on trial for my career choices and personal beliefs. If you're an experienced candidate with a varied career background, go in aware that this may be the kind of scrutiny you face here, and consider whether that aligns with how you want to be evaluated.

Syberry is the best! I can't even find the words to express how happy I am with my experience. This was the first time my company created a customized program, so I was initially very hesitant and apprehensive about the project. Syberry helped us transform a very lengthy and involved Excel sheet containing a large volume of important and sensitive information into a program that streamlined a complex process into a highly efficient system. Rudy was my main point of contact, and he was with me every step of the way. I can't say enough good things about the team we worked with to develop the program. By the end of the project, it was very sad to see them go. We looked forward to our weekly meetings with our dedicated Syberry team. I already have plans to start another project with Syberry and am looking forward to it! Thank you again, Syberry Team! You are all the best!

We've done multiple projects with Syberry and found them to be professional and effective. They utilize current development methodologies and have solid project management. They were able to deliver timely work and stay within budget - areas where other offshore firms I've used struggle. I highly recommend them for any of your future technical projects.
