Paid too much (we realise that now) for a standard website to be built with a template but were not supplied the files to update this. Also paid a very significant amount to have logos designed and were not supplied with the vector files. When we needed them, after a few years realising they had never been sent, this company argued, denied, and wanted to charge to send it over, “retrieve it” they said. “All design companies reserve the right to charge for files from their own archive systems “ this is standard practice” we were told, however speaking to other companies this is not, especially if you paid for and should have been supplied with them already within the terms of the service. The time it took to ask for the files is irrelevant. Beware, especially if you are trying to start a business and knowledge is basic, this is a company that will exploit that.

I worked with cameraman Wojtek and the agency in the months of May-November 2024, we made many recordings with different people, from which a film was later created - or rather several versions of the film. The agency also prepared graphics with data for the film. I am delighted with the artistic and organizational part of our cooperation, Mr. Wojtek created a work of art from many hours of material, he combined the most important issues in such a way that the film, although long - about 40 minutes, is very interesting, comprehensive and eye-catching. What's more, whether a trip to Gdansk or Wroclaw, always professional, on time, quick organization of the recording station, in any conditions - we managed thanks to the commitment and creativity of Mr. Wojtek. I am also very grateful for the atmosphere of the recordings created by Mr. Wojtek - it was a great pleasure to cooperate with all the interviewers and my person organizing the recordings on behalf of the company. I wrote the first website for our cabinet manufacturing company. It did well for several years, when it became obvious that we needed to update it to be more responsive to customers. I was referred to Scott Solberg of HyperX Design by one of my staff, and boy, I'm really glad I was! He took my original content, told us what else he needed, and developed -- I kid you not -- the single best website in our industry. Where we hoped people would see our old one and eventually call, our new site has generated a steady stream of quality leads and increased our sales significantly. The very first full year this new website has been up has been our very best year since we started over 14 years ago! In addition, Scott has performed any needed maintenance, usually within minutes. The professionalism, comprehensiveness, attention-to-detail, and ease of use of our site has left our prospective customers with a highly favorable impression of our company, which carries over once we meet them and turns into sales, and even repeat sales and referrals. My confidence level in HyperX Design is currently such that I am shifting more and more of the management of our online presence to them. A SERVICE PROVIDER THAT DOES NOT COMPLETE YOUR CLIENTS PROJECT AND PROCEEDS TO TRASH YOUR CLIENT ON VARIOUS PLATFORMS!!! We cannot even begin to express our disappointment and disdain for the conduct we experienced with this company. It is not typical procedure for us to outline the details of relations with suppliers previous or current, however we have been left with no choice given that Fluid Orange have not responded to any of our attempts to rectify this situation. We engaged their services on the 12th April 2024 to update our client's Wordpress website. We made it clear from the very first email that this project needed to be completed urgently. We were quoted a completion time of 1.5 weeks in writing by the founder / managing director. We paid a deposit of half the total cost of the works. At the beginning of June 2024, the work had still not been completed, as a result, I was instructed to terminate the project with them. A different provider was engaged to complete the project, who did so within 48 hours. On the basis of the delayed works and additional expense of securing another provider, the balance payment to them was denied. Fluid Orange then proceeded to post several reviews about our client to add insult to injury. I quote from their review "The customer, however, quickly altered course and asked for a design that echoed the aesthetics of the early 2000s." The undercurrent of this statement suggests that there was something "wrong" with the requested design, and may indicate the reason that this firm did not complete the works... Their attitude towards the brief and public berating of their customer's requirements was the first I had ever encountered of this kind. Be warned.
