I worked at this company for a shot period of time and the review posted by former client is 100% accurate. Most of the people I met are super cool and many are super-talented. My development staff worked with HappyFunCorp over a multitude of times over the last year and their experience was that communications and the relationship on HFC's side was being conducted in an unprofessional manner compared to other providers we have worked with in the past several years of launching our newest venture.Due to these prior experiences, we have decided to cut our professional relationship with this software developer permanently. We we referred to them by another client, and at first we thought there was synergy, but that no longer seems the case as HFC is no longer following their values that at one time made them an industry leader.We will seek other options and there are far better developers our there for those seeking an alternative. We suggest you do your due diligence before contacting this firm. How this firm conducts business is critical to your success, so do yourself a favor and consider other solution providers.

It’s so upsetting to me that Madwell is THAT bad. I reached out to them about 3 weeks ago inquiring about becoming a new client and they had told me “sure no problem, someone will reach out to you” I’ve emailed, called, AND gone to their office in person trying to meet with someone. Blown off for so long until today when I called again furious asking if they usually have people waiting for 3 weeks to even have a preliminary phone call with someone. She put me on hold came back to the line and said “we no longer do work for restaurants anymore”. Wow so sad. I really hope for future customers you guys get better and step up your game. I have friends you have used them before who say they do work really well for them. Told them what happened and NOW they tell me that they have noticed the company as begun to go downhill.
