I've enjoyed working with Artisan both on internal projects and being placed with clients through them. I recently filled out their contact form for Shopify store setup and social media marketing services. Shortly after, I received a call from a lady whose tone was surprisingly casual and borderline rude. She spoke in a confrontational manner and was unable to answer even basic questions about their services. The entire interaction felt extremely unprofessional. If this is how they handle potential clients, I genuinely wonder how they manage to run a business. Disappointing experience.
