I've enjoyed working with Artisan both on internal projects and being placed with clients through them. While they don't see the same number of roles as some of the bigger companies, they do tend to get jobs with higher pay rates than some of the other staffing agencies - and definitely advocate for the talent when it comes to dealing with clients. Instead, the focus was on easier terms that don’t bring in qualified leads. Overall, the strategy didn’t align with our goals, and the results didn’t justify the investment.

Immediately after speaking with him, I decided to take a chance and make Scott Botkins my new web designer. I have to say, after about 1.5 years in business, this is probably one of the best decisions I’ve made for my company.There are just I few criteria I expect from people and companies I choose to do business with—I look for those who are honest, have strong work ethics and are accountable—which means they do what they say they are going to do. In the short time I’ve worked with Scott, he has proven himself to be all of these things and more.
