We had a very disappointing experience with iFoundries and seriously question the authenticity of their 5-star reviews. After signing the contract, we were asked to complete a 12-page onboarding questionnaire covering our business background, campaign objectives, target audiences, key products, etc. We diligently went through every question, provided detailed responses, and submitted the completed form within two working days. Our kickoff meeting was scheduled six working days later. To our surprise and frustration, it became immediately clear during the meeting that the entire onboarding team — including the digital marketing manager, SEO specialist, and SEM specialist — had not read the questionnaire. Instead of tailoring their proposal based on the specific products and audiences we had highlighted, they presented a generic plan to promote our overall business offering.During the AdWords campaign setup, the project faced repeated delays with various reasons cited. Due to the poor onboarding experience, we had to proactively chase for updates and progress just to ensure that the campaign was being handled properly. To be fair, their SEO specialist, Cheryl, did a good job. She proposed content that aligned with our targeted products. Thanks to this positive experience, we decided to renew the contract for another six months.Unfortunately, the same issues resurfaced. The team was once again unprepared for the kickoff meeting. Although our renewed contract clearly included both SEO and Ads Management services, the DM manager, Meryl, attempted to persuade us to extend our SEO contract, claiming our keyword rankings were declining after the campaign ended. This was confusing since SEO was already included in the new contract. They given a reason the sales person has left, but Andy was the one who finalised contract final details with us. Regardless of personnel changes, it is basic due diligence for the DM Manager to review the contract before a client meeting.Prior to the meeting, I had clearly indicated our focus on specific target products and a defined budget for a LinkedIn ad campaign. Meryl assured us that a proposal would be prepared to support a meaningful discussion. However, they again came back with a generic advertising plan that failed to address any of our specific requirements — showing a continued lack of preparation and attention to client requirements. In March, I emphasized multiple times that the LinkedIn Ads campaign needed to launch in April. Having learned from earlier delays, I specifically requested a timeline to ensure on-time execution. Yet, despite repeated assurances, the campaign faced continual delays and only launched in mid-May. While we understand it takes time for ads to gather performance data, our lead generation campaign had not produced a single lead after two weeks. I requested ad optimization support, but even after following up for a week, there was no response or update.Eventually, the excuse provided was that an email had been sent but "didn’t go through" — despite all prior emails being received without issue. Meryl was looped in on the email thread and I had been following up diligently, yet there was no response from her either. The worst thing is, ads specialist revert and update saying there is an issue with the conversion tracker, which caused lead form submissions to not register properly. Are you telling me you set up a lead gen campaign run without checking the lead form is working well?I’m truly disappointed by the lack of professionalism and accountability. The overall experience has been extremely frustrating and far below the standard we expected.Update: I lost super admin access to our own LinkedIn page during the setup process, which caused a lot of inconvenience for us to manage internal organic posting. After two weeks of liaising with the team without resolution, I reached out to Andy for assistance. He responded promptly and managed to restore my admin access within the same day. I truly appreciate his swift action and effective support.
