Attention! - Big scam!After 3 months of communication back and forth ( with multiple people) , I ended up paying almost $5000 for a website that looks like crap.Had to have a new one built since there is no one to take responsibility for the work they have done. After trying for another 2 months to communicate and “ fix” the website, I finally gave up. They needed more, and more money to “ fix” a simple informative site ( that’s all I wanted)… And since I had already invested so much, it was hard to give up and I kept hoping and paying more and more until they drained my account. Being unable to pay someone else, I had no choice but to try building the website myself. I went to Godaddy and did it! Turned out it was so easy to do - multiple choices of templates! I found one that also allows me to take payments and make appointments online. And I paid $179 for it. Beautiful website! Please save your hard earned money and don’t even make attempts to contact these scammers.This, by the way, is the only bad review I ever left for someone and that should tell you a lot.Good luck!

I signed up for the Connect365 Webinar to be held on July 15, 2020. I created the account on July 14, 2020 as instructed and reluctantly provided credit card information. The day of the webinar, I was not able to sign in and could not contact someone in support (contrary to an assertion that someone would be available). I tried multiple times, but was unsuccessful. If they were unable to provide working links and tech support for a webinar, I did not have any faith they would be able to provide support during the 14-day free trial. On July 16, 2020, I e-mailed the company to cancel my free trial and to not charge my credit card. The e-mail was acknowledged. On July 28, 2020, Connect365 charged my credit card anyway. I have received a second confirmation and acknowledgement that I do not want to subscribe to the service, but it is going to take 3-5 business days to process the refund. Buyer Beware! I do not recommend doing business with this company. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

With Abstrakt, I got more than just a web development team. They delivered a true comprehensive digital strategy. I hire Abstrakt for an update to the company website, with a focus on improving our Google search rankings. They started with a thorough strategy, tying their work back into specific goals and Google keywords. But the artistic talent showed with the actual site development. They wrote the text for each of the pages; each page was better than anything I could write. But beyond text, the images, site layout, colors, etc. They all reflected a consistent design language that subtly and constantly reinforced my marketing message. Even when I insisted on extra content that only appealed to a small market segment, they reformatted that content to drive the same compelling message as the rest of the site. And it worked. Within one week of launch, I got a new lead from the site. Abstrakt was a complete package of expertise. At every step, they delivered better than anything I could achieve.
