He holds weekly meetings to make sure the client (me) and he have both done our "homework" to move the project forward. The meetings also ascertain that we are both on the same page about the project. Working with John is a pleasure; I look forward to our weekly talks. I am certain that he is "on my side" and is looking out for my best interests. The world has gotten very small and it is easy to find someone to build your product. I called one day to talk to Abid, but I knew immediately it was NOT Abid. The mannerisms and voice tone were different. I asked to be transferred to Account Pay to resolve the dispute and receive my credit. When Natasha (whom I find out later is the COO) answered, and said, "Thank you Reynold". I told her that Reynold answered the phone and identified himself as Abid. I said why are you impersonating ex- employees?I had had multiple problems before this incident, and disputes with multiple credit cards because they were not doing the work they had agreed upon. My site was never completed to standard. The only honest employees that got ANYTHING done on website left the company. This place is as crooked as they come. Find another web company.
