Some weeks I was deeply involved reviewing screens, and other weeks they pushed things forward on their own. That balance worked well. They would usually come back with two or three options instead of just asking what we wanted.We did hit one rough patch around notifications where the first version didn’t behave the way we expected, so that had to be revisited. They fixed it without making the process difficult.The finished app runs smoothly, feels organized, and gave us a much stronger mobile presence on Android. Most importantly, early users found it approachable rather than overwhelming, which was exactly what we wanted.

We worked with Valmax on the full redesign and rebuild of the 11 Mirrors website. For us, this was not simply a visual update. The website needed to reflect the brands approach to hospitality while working as a practical commercial tool across the hotel, Restaurant & Bar, and FACE the Rooftop. The scope included a full WordPress rebuild, Ukrainian and English versions, booking flows, integrations, mobile optimisation, and a CMS that our marketing team could manage independently.
