I had originally reached out to the Vice President at 360 ELEVATED to review my updated portfolio and get some honest feedback. Instead, she drove the conversation in a completely unexpected direction by saying, “I really want to work with you.” We scheduled a formal meeting, where I was given background paperwork and told to expect an official job offer the very next day. No mention on sending it to HR, there email or how to upload it on the website was even an option.I submitted everything promptly before heading out on a trip optimistic, grateful, and hopeful that I’d finally be able to take down my #OpenToWork banner; return and hit the ground running for her and her company.Unfortunately, that’s where communication ended. No offer. No follow-up. No response to any of my emails, texts, or voicemails since our meeting on June 10. All of my correspondence was through the VP even in her direct line where I texted and called asked if I needed any additional steps.I had reassured them that the 45-minute commute wasn’t a concern, and even shared that I was exploring relocation options for my family after the coming school year to make things easier. (We had just moved 6 months ago.) I’ve commuted this distance for most of my career it’s time I use to decompress, problem-solve, and strategize.This isn’t a review written out of bitterness. It’s written for the next job seeker who sees an opening at 360 ELEVATED and deserves to know what kind of hiring experience they might face.What’s especially disappointing is that the VP herself emphasized the importance of her team being responsive and professional yet didn’t uphold those same standards herself.To job seekers: proceed with caution.To clients: I hope your experience doesn't mirror mine.

I worked with Will and Eric for 18 months. Will was helpful and great to work with.Upon completion of the CAD, I sent the CAD to three U.S. manufacturers. All three told me “the CAD is unmoldable, and several changes would need to be made, to make it moldable.”Modaliti delivered a CAD that did not work. When I called and asked them to fix the CAD, and to make it moldable, they quoted me another $4,000-5,000 to fix it. What?! They simply refused to correct their mistakes or deliver a functional product.I paid my U.S. manufacturer to fix Modaliti’s CAD errors.Modaliti’s CAD design was below the minimum level required for US manufacturing standards. It’s likely why Modaliti pushed me to manufacture in China.I would not recommend.

We contracted with BWP to create a style guide for us (the Utah State Courts). Brett and his team were great to work with. They were extremely responsive, efficient, and flexible. They created a brand new logo for the judiciary, along with an email signature tool, virtual meeting backgrounds, presentation templates, typography and colors, and more. Being a government entity, we have to be very budget conscious and BWP was very cost effective. Our entire management team was extremely happy with the finished products and we have received only positive feedback. What a joke of a company. 4 years after posting my scathing review I get an email today from Brian that says this."Your artwork is looking really good. Can you please take down that 4 year old review? We did pay for the plugin and we were never compensated."You need to see my other review to get the context, but he charged me $50 for a service months after I gave him written notice that I would no longer be using his services. He then refused to refund me the $50. So I made a bank claim against him, got my money back and wrote the bad review. What an absolute joke of a person and a company. Save yourself the grief and do NOT use them EVER!
