  I have just completed my four-month internship as an Associate Consulting Intern at Zventus, and I highly recommend this company as a place to work and intern. As a college student eager to break into the business world, I found Zventus to be an incredible launchpad. It provided me with the opportunity to apply what I’ve learned in school to real-world, client-oriented projects, while also engaging directly with senior management. Most importantly, they truly listen to your ideas and feedback. During my internship, I contributed to a variety of projects including market research, data analysis, marketing resource creation, business strategy, financial forecasting, and even project management. This diverse experience has been invaluable in preparing me for my future career. I have now secured an internship with a Fortune 500 company. My experience at Zventus was instrumental in this achievement. Not only was it my first internship in the U.S.—which significantly enhanced my resume—but it also gave me the deep knowledge and practical experience that became the highlight of my interview discussions.   I absolutely do not recommend working for this company. They are inefficient. If there is a problem, don't expect them to contact them, as they never show up. It seems like a school project where they never know what happened or who did what, and in the end, it's a collage of incomplete projects. They still want to pay the minimum and expect you to divide your time into three or four different activities. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY. This company is not worth it. They are inept, irresponsible, arrogant, and underpaid.
