She texted back LATE, which I thought was unusual, but I accepted meeting her on Teams the next morning. I took time out of my schedule, had the meeting, I thought it went well, she said she wanted to proceed with sending the company my resume, that she'd email me an application within 2 hours that I had to fill out "ASAP". I got nothing all day, I checked in, no response. She completely ghosted me. Why do people feel it's ok to waste applicants time like this?? Its cruel and heartless as some of us are truly looking for work. Don't like the candidate? Just say it, but dont give false hope and lie to our face, then blow us off. If I could give zero stars, I would.

      Long overdue review but I worked with Sheri Sakin and my experience was subpar in comparison to other temp agencies in NYC. She was very pushy in trying to get me to leave my job for another job. Ultimately, I got hired under a temp to perm position, but the perm aspect never came after 11 months of working there with no bad reviews. There was very poor communication with me on that. There was never a check in to see how I was doing while in the job. I was placed in a toxic, prejudice, environment. After getting abruptly let go bc they "did not have the budget" to make me a full-time hire, Sheri sent me two other interviews and when those companies decided to hire internally, or just not get back to me, she blamed ME lol. Saying my confidence on the interviews wasn't there (untrue), andthen I wasn't sent anymore jobs. I am currently happily employed (this was a year ago) as a full-time hire by my own merit but it's been on my spirit to write an honest review about my experience with Solomon Page. Again, I have worked with other agencies and they were much more caring than this seemed. It's like once they drop you at a job there's no follow up to see if it's a good fit.

The recruiters were aggressive, questioned my extensive real estate experience and educational background, and talked over me during interviews. The process was disorganized, with multiple unnecessary Zoom interviews, and after four interviews, I was rejected via a brief text message. Additionally, the recruiter was uninterested in hearing about my experience or criteria for my next employer, focusing instead on promoting the employer without providing details about the benefits package. Too many years of the industry, I was able to find out a lot of different Different information about the employer, all such as their delinquencies their poor management of funds whenever I poked at this information and try to get a more clear answer of what was happening with the employer on the previous employee that had lasted only eight months there everything was very cagie.Overall, the process was disrespectful and poorly managed.Felt like talking to used cards salesz

      Some of the people who work there are racists, ageists and subscribe to cronyism. From Mitch the owner to the workers/assignment managers like Karen and Natalie. They are the worst. They don't care about their employees. They only care about their clients, period. I got injured on one of the jobs that they assigned me and these people suggested that I file for Medicaid and go to the hospital. No help or concern whatsoever. After that, I wasn't given any other assignments. I was told that there were no assignments available even though there were other employees who were getting two to three different assignments at a time - working from home,etc. If you are a minority, don't bother. If you get anything, it will be janitorial, regardless of whether you have a college degree or not. These people are horrible. Don't use them!!!

      The people that work at this Staffing Agency are the most useless, prejudice and unprofessional bunch out there. They lie to you to get you to register with them by promising you a lot of jobs and then once you register with them, they tell you nothing is available. I spent 12 months reaching out to them for assignments to no avail. All I got were lies. Obviously, they use your information to get more business, by getting more employers to sign up with them. They only give the good assignments to very few cronies, that’s it. Their minority recruitment is almost nonexistent. They are horrible and prejudiced from the Director(Karen, including her associates Natalie and Cindy) on down. They are a waste of time. Look elsewhere.

As we are a global corporation with many subsidiaries, they also made some recommendations as far as restructuring to take advantage of other more technical issues.We primarily use Wiss for our annual general accounting audit, tax preparations and filings, and 401K audit. They also assist from time to time regarding international related issues.       So I spent the first month of my summer (the whole month of June) dedicated to six interviews for this company. Six total interviews! I was professional, hopeful and excited as it had seemed they liked me a lot and the role seemed promising.I was first contacted for a phone interview, then a Zoom interview with the recruiter, then another zoom interview with two managers. Then the recruiter told me I'd be interviewing with two managers - the same two I already interviewed with. I had to remind him I already interviewed with those two managers - RED FLAG! After that I was told the CEO wanted to interview me personally - that sounds amazing right? So I was excited and definitely felt I was liked if the CEO inquired about me. I meet the CEO and she was great! She provided insight about the firm I'd be interviewing for and one of the things she said was she didn't think the firm would hire me (another RED FLAG) and that she had a better role for me. I interviewed for that role and basically didn't get it as they said I lacked the experience - odd right? Why refer me for a role I lack experience in? So then we went back to square one interviewing for that firm that "wouldn't hire me". While I was hesitant bc of what the CEO said, the recruiter assured me I'd have nothing to worry about and sometimes the CEO gets involved in their plans etc etc. This would now be the 6th interview - so I go to the interview excited as it seemed Forest Solutions was gearing me up to get the role. Come to find out I didn't get the role which ultimately meant the CEO was right all along.I wasted an entire month of my summer on 6 interviews. To make it worse the recruiter said he would get back to me to let me know why the firm decided not to move forward with me and he never got back to me. If you are reading this please do not waste your time applying for a job through Forest Solutions. If I could give no stars I would...

      If you have any sense of self-respect or self-worth, do not even bother contacting this company or responding to them trying to contact you.I was contacted out of the blue by Minerva Rodriguez at Forrest Solutions to participate in an online 1-on-1 video interview hosted on ZipRecruiter. I was told to be on the call at 10am the next day. Naturally, I dressed up in a suit and was on the call 10 minutes early at 9:50am. After the host started the call, I noticed that it said I was in a queue behind 15 other people. After an hour, at 10:50am, it was finally my turn next. As I got ready for the call to start, it suddenly notified me that the host had ended the call.An hour of waiting after the scheduled start time only to be hung up on before I even got a chance to interview made it clear that Forrest Solutions has no interest in treating anybody with any modicum of respect. I still haven’t received an apology email or even an offer to reschedule to another time. We are human beings.
