ProTek contacted me after a bad review and I must say they did an outstanding job giving me what I asked for. Definitely a quality company despite not getting off on the right foot! The company says they are more geared to serving corporate clients on retainer, but the company is willing to work with individuals in need of tech support. Jonathan and Jon (two different people) were very helpful in getting me back functioning.

I have been using ProTek IT Solutions for over 10 years now. They came in and solved a major issue remotely that two other local firms in Las Vegas were unable to resolve. They have been handling all of our IT on a remote basis since that time. I only had them physically in my office once since I started utilizing their services in 2014. They are intelligent, they know what they are doing and our computers and servers function fantastic 99.9% of the time. It is still frustrating that other .1% of the time when we have issues, but ProTek jumps in and handles it right away. I highly recommend the use of their services.

Top notch customer service. I needed an obscure power supply/adapter and found something they had in stock. Their customer service when I called to help me determine if I could pick up right away was so incredibly pleasant; which is not very common these days. Went to pick up the item and girl at the front desk (she may have been the person that answered the phone) was so friendly. The person that brought up the part to me was just as pleasant!! Would definitely recommend after an all-around great experience!!

This company is the worst. I told them multiple times to take me off their list and yet they call EVERY DAY! I tried blocking their number, but they keep changing the number where they're calling from. I'm not sure how they think this approach will be successful, but all I can do is leave this review for others to reference. The WORST!
