Shopify Plus eCommerce Review from Vern Brannum

Working with Rave Digital on our Shopify Plus site felt less like hiring a service provider and more like bringing on a partner who truly understood the quirks and challenges of running a wholesale candy business. Selling candy in bulk isn't just about putting products online it involves managing pack sizes, special promotions, and customers ranging from small shops to large distributors. Our old platform couldn't keep up, leaving us scrambling. Candy comes in endless flavors, sizes, and assortments, and our old site made customers scroll through countless SKUs, leading to frustration. Rave Digital restructured our product pages so buyers could easily select the exact variation they wanted on a single page. I tested it myself and found it intuitive, and when a wholesale buyer later called saying, Your site finally makes sense, it confirmed the change had real impact. They reimagined the mobile experience, which is critical because many of our buyers order on their phones while running their stores. Previously, mobile checkout was clunky and full of errors. Rave Digital optimized it so that ordering cases of chocolates on my phone felt as seamless as shopping on a top-tier retail site. A customer even told me she completed her Easter order from her car while waiting to pick up her kids something that would have been impossible before. What impressed me most was their collaborative approach. In one meeting, we debated how to display mixed candy assortments. Rather than push a single option, they presented three layouts and encouraged us to test them with real buyers. The choice became clear, and it showed their commitment to creating solutions that worked for our customers, not just ticking boxes. Now, the site feels like an extension of how we want to do business efficient, user-friendly, and stress-free. Rave Digital made it a tool that simplifies wholesale ordering, supports seasonal surges, and gives our customers the smooth, reliable experience they deserve.

Magento Review from Rodney McMullen

As one of the largest grocery retailers in the U.S., Kroger has long understood the value of staying ahead in the digital space. However, the complexity and scale of our eCommerce operations had grown significantly, and our legacy systems were beginning to create bottlenecks across user experience, performance, and operational flexibility. From the onset, Rave Digital demonstrated a deep understanding of Magento and how it could be strategically used to solve enterprise-level retail challenges. Before a single line of code was written, their team spent significant time embedded with our eCommerce, merchandising, and logistics departments. They facilitated several strategy workshops, analyzing our existing Magento Commerce setup, identifying inefficiencies in our multi region architecture, and proposing a refined roadmap for rolling out custom modules, integrating third party services, and optimizing workflows. There are many things we could highlight, but what truly sets Rave Digital apart is their ability to operate as an extension of our internal team. They are not just solution providers they are collaborators, advisors, and problem solvers. Every member of their team, from the project manager to the senior Magento architects, displayed a deep commitment to quality, accountability, and outcomes. Even when timelines got tight or priorities shifted (as they often do in enterprise environments), Rave was flexible, focused, and always aligned with our goals. One particularly telling moment came when we were evaluating an AI-based personalization module. Rather than just build what we requested, Rave took the time to prototype both a native Magento based option and a hybrid third party integration. They walked us through performance trade offs, cost implications, and even customer journey mapping all before we had even signed off on development. That level of thoughtfulness and foresight is rare in technical partners.

IT Services Review from Mike Meacham

These guys are seriously awesome! We moved into a new building and had a lot of IT needs. We had some up and coming webinars so we had to work fast. We had a few other companies come by but they weren't very helpful. ProTek came in and explained the process, our options, and the pros-cons of each option so we fully understood how to move forward. They were very attentive to our needs, professional and provided fantastic service. They were very knowledgable and helped us immensely in a short period of time. I'd recommend them to anyone!
