Cart, checkout, wishlist, login and search were all built in the same go. The Watch and Buy part, where a video plays next to a product you can buy, gets used a lot. Orders come straight through the site now instead of through chat, which changed how our days run. The launch happened on the exact date given at the start. Not everything was smooth though, the product page had to be built again after it ran slow on mid range phones and that fix took longer than promised. For a small jewellery brand going online properly for the first time, it was worth the money.

We outlined our vision clearly: a mobile application that would allow property listings, digital document signing, customer scheduling, and internal agent communication core features essential to our operational goals. Their team nodded enthusiastically and even suggested improvements we hadn't thought of. At that point, we genuinely believed we had found a technical partner, not just a vendor. We were wrong. Perhaps the worst scenario was when we tried to go live with a basic version of the app for a soft internal launch. The plan was to let just our agents test it out. On launch day, the app completely failed to deploy. Their team claimed there was an issue with the Google Play Store submission, but we later found out it had been rejected due to a missing privacy policy and app crashes discovered in testing. Nadcab Labs hadnt followed the standard publishing protocols and never even tested the app against the store's review requirements. Our internal team had to scramble to clean up the mess, delaying our rollout indefinitely. We're sharing this experience not out of bitterness, but to warn other companies who may be considering Nadcab Labs for app development. Do your homework. Ask hard questions. And if the answers feel vague or the team seems too slick during the pitch process, walk away. We wish we had.

Working with Nadcab Labs has been a truly standout experience for us at HomeEquity Bank. One of the biggest wins was the platform they created for managing reverse mortgage applications. Before, our teams were jumping between systems and doing a lot of things manually. Now, with the new centralised dashboard and built-in automation, everything is smoother, faster, and easier for both staff and customers. Their communication was clear and consistent throughout the project. Even when we hit a few bumps like integrating with some of our older systems, they were quick to respond and solve problems without making a fuss. I especially appreciated how they handled a last-minute issue during testing by working through the night to fix it. That kind of commitment is rare. Security and compliance were also a big deal for us, and Nadcab handled that with confidence. They knew the regulatory landscape well and built everything with privacy and protection in mind, including a secure digital signing tool that made things simpler for clients and safer for us. But beyond the tech, what really made the difference was the people. Nadcabs team was approachable, down-to-earth, and easy to work with. They supported our teams, answered every question with patience, and even ran hands-on sessions to help with on-boarding. In short, Nadcab Labs didn't just deliver a system - they helped us transform how we work. It was a true partnership, and wed gladly work with them again.

Qualimatrix Technologies team designed our logo. First, we asked them to provide us with various logo options ranging from hyper-conservative to ultra-modern. Then, they created four templates, two were more straightforward, and two were more modern with bold colors. Once we chose the template that spoke to us most as an organization, we chose a font, and Qualimatrix Technologies managed the final logo design process from beginning to end. After delivering the final logo, they built our website from scratch using a WordPress template. The website is our digital factory and lead generation tool for customers to engage with us online. The team also helped us with keyword research and provided website SEO and copywriting services. We collaborated with them on different pages to ensure they contained the right keywords for Google and Bing. We host the website internally, but they occasionally help with maintenance requests. The website functions very well, and were pleased with the core site vitals. Since were still getting indexed, its too early to see the results of our website traffic. However, were heading in the right direction, and the site has received positive internal feedback regarding its design. We've been tracking our keywords and have climbed to the first page of the search results for some of them. We've also run technical SEO audits that have garnered positive results.
