Since early 2022, both of our family-run businesses, MJS Law and ChampionPEO, have been collaborating with GRIT. Looking back, I realize that partnering with them earlier would have been highly beneficial.Just this week, we encountered a challenging situation. A former employee had damaged and discarded their company-issued laptop, leaving us in a difficult position. Our records were incomplete, and we couldn't determine the laptop's model or the appropriate deduction from the employee's final paycheck for the unreturned equipment.This is where GRIT, particularly Brenton Z., demonstrated exceptional service. With remarkable speed and efficiency, Brenton retrieved and verified the necessary invoice, receipt, and model number from their records. Thanks to this, we successfully recouped $1,300.00 - an amount we would have struggled to verify independently.This incident is one of many over the years where GRIT's professionals have significantly impacted our daily IT operations.
