Since early 2022, both of our family-run businesses, MJS Law and ChampionPEO, have been collaborating with GRIT. Looking back, I realize that partnering with them earlier would have been highly beneficial.Just this week, we encountered a challenging situation. A former employee had damaged and discarded their company-issued laptop, leaving us in a difficult position. Our records were incomplete, and we couldn't determine the laptop's model or the appropriate deduction from the employee's final paycheck for the unreturned equipment.This is where GRIT, particularly Brenton Z., demonstrated exceptional service. With remarkable speed and efficiency, Brenton retrieved and verified the necessary invoice, receipt, and model number from their records. Thanks to this, we successfully recouped $1,300.00 - an amount we would have struggled to verify independently.This incident is one of many over the years where GRIT's professionals have significantly impacted our daily IT operations. My family and I greatly appreciate their meticulous attention to detail, unwavering professionalism, and swift responsiveness.It's rare to find a vendor whose invoice you’re pleased to pay. We are a small manufacturing company in Grand Rapids, MI. The GR Tech founders have managed our company IT needs since their very earliest of days. They built our first company server and network and then, into our newly constructed larger office, installed all the cabling and built our second and current upgraded server, network, and backup systems. Also, all our sound and video systems have been installed and upgraded by GR Tech. They are knowledgeable, capable, reliable, and quick to respond. We just simply feel extremely fortunate to have them.

We just completed construction of a new self storage facility and needed surveillance for the complex. GR Tech came out, reviewed my needs, supplied a proposal that detailed exactly what I needed...then installed the system exactly how they had explained it with results that exceed my expectations. Both the hardware and software for the system work flawlessly, the craftmanship of the install is exceptionally clean...overall would highly recommend these guys for any of your commercial surveillance needs!

As an accounting firm I would give them 1 star. I recently discovered a litany of deductions they failed to consider. You will be given an EA, which is just a glorified tax preparer. They will know nothing and be slow to reply. You might as well get your taxes done by H&R block or a proper independent CPA. If these folks do your taxes, get prepared for a larger tax bill. I strongly advise against it.
