One of the largest and fastest growing IT services providers in the country. Knowing I can call the support desk 24/7 for solutions, when we deal with real deadlines with real consequences, makes a huge difference for me as well as our staff.And, for the most part, we don't have to call the support desk because everything works. The only times I have to reach out is when we hire a new person, or add a new service or license. They are very pro-active and results oriented.

The company we hired to handle the IT services for our small business sold out to these guys and the service we received plummeted. We were paying a ridiculous monthly fee for managed IT services yet the few times we'd actually need help we would end up on hold forever and not receive calls back when promised. It took them almost two weeks to get a computer connected to our network and over a week to connect a new check scanner.**Edit: They were helpful with the offboarding process to our new IT company. The owner of the old company we had originally contracted with did reach out, which was appreciated. I really still feel that the IT services we were receiving were sub-par.

We are a long standing client of CTSI. They have helped us manage all of our IT needs with service, support, new product solutions, and server management. What sets them apart is their willingness to find solutions and products that work for you, not just trying to make you fit their service. Everyone talks about friendly service and professionalism but CTSI has shown that they add integrity to that by standing behind what they say, offering solutions and then customizing them to our needs. Probably the “One Thing” that really sets CTSI apart from other IT solutions was that when we called needing help, they come and come quickly! They really understand the importance of making sure your business does not have “Down Time!”

I’ve attended one of the events that they organized on Smart City. They organize a lot of events at their office, where they discuss about some of the trending technologies. The session that I attended was really good and speakers discussed many aspects of IoT-enabled smart city, which were previously unknown to me. If the position is not available, please do not schedule interviews, as it wastes the candidate’s time. Similarly, if you feel a resume is not suitable, kindly avoid proceeding with the interview.It seems either the recruiter has not reviewed the profile properly or the hiring manager has not given clear requirements. This reflects poorly on the recruitment process. Ideally, profiles should be screened carefully, and only those that match the role should be invited for a face-to-face interview.I hope the recruitment process improves, as currently there is no proper update or communication regarding interview.
