A preinstalled HP program on my laptop started tripping our antivirus as malware. Andre at Dominion Voice and Data dug into it, and when it turned out the fix couldn't happen remotely, he had the laptop picked up immediately rather than leaving me to figure out logistics. Everything was resolved and the machine was back on my desk in short order. In our business, downtime isn't an inconvenience - it's a client problem. Dominion treats it that way too. Highly recommend.
