Web Design Review from Alex Choi
We brought this agency in as a consultant during a major redesign initiative, and their impact was immediate.
They provided clear best-practice guidance across UX, conversion strategy, and design systems helping us think beyond aesthetics and focus on structure, clarity, and performance. What stood out most was their ability to balance strategic insight with practical execution. They didn't just point out what could be improved; they offered thoughtful, actionable solutions.
Throughout the process, they were collaborative, responsive, and consistently available to support our internal team. Whether it was refining layout hierarchy, improving user flows, or pressure-testing creative direction, they were a steady partner from start to finish.
If you're looking for a team that combines strong design instincts with conversion-minded thinking and a consultative approach, Id highly recommend them.

A Google User's Review Sourced from Google
A while back, we were tasked with creating a new website within four months. There was an existing website, and the direction was to ignore it completely and start from scratch. When we began this exploration, we were also looking to update our branding, which led to needing a new company logo.
The branding they came up with, and the options Boundary gave us, was so good that we got a new logo approved within two weeks. All while working on a new design for the website.
Because of the quality of their design, we were able to move quickly and get very close to the four-month deadline. On top of this, what really helped the process was the collaborative relationship we had with the folks at Boundary. It was a pleasure, and I look forward to working with them again.

Meeting Boundary was one of the best things to happen to us! If you're looking for quality work and also a responsive team who is focused on your needs, you won't find anyone better. We have had Boundary as a partner for several years now and our relationship has improved year after year. We've had projects and requests escalated and they've always been super considerate in readjusting timelines to try and match our changing priorities. We wouldn't be where we are without them and they have been directly involved in improving our overall user experience by supporting us in design, development, and ecommerce consultation. Whether you're looking for a local or remote partner, Boundary will give you peace of mind in all things digital.

What are the average project timelines?
Project timelines vary between agencies, but branding is typically a multi-week effort.
Industry examples:
Quick brand refresh: 8-12 weeks
Full brand (re)launch: 12-24 weeks (3-6 months)
Complex / enterprise rebrand: 6-12 months
Discovery & onboarding: 1-2 weeks
Strategy development: 2-3 weeks
Visual identity design: 4-6 weeks
Guidelines & collateral: 2-6 weeks
What deliverables should businesses expect from a branding company?
A comprehensive branding campaign will hand over all materials needed to apply the new brand:
Research and strategy artifacts
Messaging assets
Visual identity package, including primary and secondary logos, color palette specs, iconography, and any motion-graphic rules
Brand guidelines
Templates and collateral, including editable templates for slide decks, social posts, email signatures, and ads (typically 10-20+ templates).
Source files and assets
Training and rollout plan
What’s the difference between a brand refresh and a full rebrand?
Brand refresh focuses on updating what you already have. It usually involves light visual changes like refining the logo or colors, without changing the core brand positioning.
A full rebrand rethinks the brand from the ground up, including positioning, messaging, and often the name and visual identity. This is typically needed after major business changes like a market shift or a merger.
