An absolutely outstanding company, owner and staff and top rate service; but a very long story. I retired a few years ago from a large organization with enterprise level Microsoft products which I got used to and depended on. In retirement, I decided I wanted the full suite of MS products, (TEAMs, Office, One Drive, Outlook etc.) and proceeded over time to subscribe privately, a mishmash of products, plans, free, paid for etc. I did not set up a domain, just a private individual. Eventually a nightmare of conflicts, products that did not synchronize, work together; conflicts everywhere, a disaster with One Drive and at least 5 emails my personal email and NFP board emails I belonged to. TEAMs was impossible to use with conflicts everywhere. All on an aging desktop computer with insufficient RAM. I had to sort out my MS life.I did a bit of an internet search and came across MyDware and cold called. Great first chat with a team member who connected me to MyDware owner Darryl Cresswell. He and I set a meeting. absolutely outstanding interaction! Darryl listened, asked insightful questions, validated my terrible experience of products not working together and explained why. While he let me know MYDware primarily serves businesses, given my predicament the company might be able to help sort me out. Sort me out they did! Efficiently, with outstanding customer service, communication, project updates regularly, the works! We agreed on my PC upgrade (laptop), then they procured it, loaded what I needed from MS, migrated my one Drive files, every last one of them (600 GB's worth), consolidated my 5+ emails into a single outlook, obtained my new domain for me, set me up, so all the migration and integration would work, and...delivered my new laptop to my home, bundled, set up, loaded with my needed MS products, all activated, plugged in every cable, and updated me on the "helpdesk" customer support plan available to me going forward if I had incidental issues with my printer or new software I might acquire over time.I recognize MyDware is small, medium sized business focused, but if you as a business are having problems like I was as a single user, they are outstanding to work with; good listeners, problem solvers, excellent on creating simplifying solutions, keep their word, are outstanding on deliverables and timelines, remarkably well priced and deliver personalized, attentive service which you don't find these days.An outstanding experience with Darryl and his entire team, the whole experience was one of over delivery! Everything MyDware said they could and would do they did and more.My absolute thanks to Darryl for his personal hands on approach as owner and his whole team for the work they did for me on this integration, data migration and synchronization project and a hardware upgrade I desperately needed.My thanks to Darryl and the team for an outstanding experience, I offer here my highest recommendation for readers to consider making the call, explaining your chaos and preferred state and let MyDware loose on the problem!

We engaged Synditech for a networking project, expecting expert guidance and smooth execution. Unfortunately, the experience fell short. The solution design lacked consultation, leading to delays and unnecessary costs. Basic networking tools were missing on installation day, and troubleshooting took longer than expected due to overlooked details. Configuration issues with VLANs and outdoor APs further disrupted operations. Post-installation support was minimal, leaving us to resolve key problems ourselves. While the team was responsive at times, overall execution and preparedness need improvement. Hope to see better planning and support in the future.

Good, solid crew. I really appreciated the prep work they did in advance of dismantling our sever room, asked a lot of questions and left no stone unturned. The end result - the job was completed in half the time quoted and everything went off without a hitch. The only reason i took off a star was for billing/payment options as they dont accept credit cards which i found out after the job was done. Not a huge deal and they did end up making an exception but I just found it a bit inconvenient. All in all, I will hire them again.

Im a manager of a business. Was contracted with another IT company from 2016-2019. They dipped in service and i decided to google search and get quotes and met with several IT companies. Out of all of them, I was most impressed by 247. The owners (who I wont name) were friendly and answered all my questions on the initial meeting. They took the time to understand our business and adapted to what we needed. Signed on for three years.Giving this review after being contracted for over 1 year.Let's say this:1)best decision I've ever made to get on board with 247 Networks.2) my business was stuck with a terminal server fixated at a location. 247 was amazing in transitioning us to a server (similar to a cloud) located somewhere else. We use a VPN and our own server.3) they helped us switch to internet phones. Amazing decision.4) my business has adapted to the times and can now operate remotely without any fixed address or locationI'm honestly extremely happy to have 247 as our preferred IT providers. I run a small law firm with multiple lawyers and paralegals on staff. We rely on 247 for our IT service and support. We run almost completely on cloud services, but it still means we need network and hardware support. 247 delivers all the time. I have worked with 2 other IT firms. And, I have worked with major employers (large national law firms and government) and 247 has provided the friendliest, most responsive, most useful service out of all of them. Shawn Leblanc worked in a global leader firm as their IT lead and it shows. I have always had my technical needs resolved - but every person I have worked with has never belittled me or made me feel silly for asking an IT question. Staff have responded on site promptly when necessary. Their 247 really means 247 as I've called on them night and weekends and I'm never meant to feel like I was a burden in calling. Would highly recommend this outfit to solos, small, medium, and large businesses.

Our law firm was unprepared for the COVID-19 pandemic. I reached out to Hani Zaki because he is an expert on IT solutions. When I arrived, they generously provided an old laptop (with only a few parts removed for safety) that I could use for parts to fix mine.
