This company is not at all transparent in their operations. There isn't a phone number published on their website, and none of their employees have a phone number in their signature. As a customer, it constantly leaves me in a state of stress because they only operate by email and take ages to reply. They have very high turnover, they apparently do not treat their employees well, and the management of our project is not at all what was promised.

This is a natural oxygen bar, the air is fresh and natural, and it is very comfortable to breathe in. My son and I recently started a new business creating a holistic experience for end of life care and additional supportive services such as housecleaning,respite and dog walking. Our business model is completely remote and while we had the manpower to write the code and set us up in our home office so that everything was at the tip of our fingers, we were woefully disappointed with the cyber support we received from the various vendors. A friend recommended Cyber Duo with the explanation that they provide comprehensive it support, security and data management all in one. So essentially my son and his friends are no longer the IT department. Now I have a real company that I can call day or night when I think my system has been compromised. I have someone to call when Gen X tendencies kick in and i magically crash the computer or have unintelligible code instead of the file I was trying to open all over my screen. CyberDuo managed to sync and simultaneously protect and the fancy technology that we are using in one short afternoon for what I consider to be a wholly reasonable price and considering the peace of mind they’ve given me it’s worth and I would pay much more. They are always available if we need them but once they had us up and running we just haven’t! Highly recommend Cyber Duo!

I am deeply disappointed with my experience with Single Point of Contact (SPOC). Despite being awarded in unpaid wages by the California Labor Commissioner, SPOC and its leadership have failed to take any responsibility or make good on the judgment.In an effort to resolve the matter amicably and avoid further legal complications, I offered a settlement for just nearly 75% less than what I was legally owed. I was genuinely hoping for a fair resolution and gave every opportunity for SPOC to make things right.Unfortunately, even this generous offer was ignored. Their refusal to own up to their obligations reflects a serious lack of accountability and professionalism. Employees and contractors should be aware of how this company handles financial and legal responsibilities.If you're considering working with or for SPOC, I strongly encourage you to exercise caution and do your due diligence

This company's terrible wifi system that they had us install at our hotel is complete garbage. They used our existing infrastructure and replaced all the access points. We continually have connection issues with our guests even though the heat map provided by these guys showed great coverage in those areas. Their 24/hr customer tech line is a joke. Guests have to leave a voice mail after hours. All of my issues have fallen on deaf ears and the final nail in the coffin was the loss of a $55,000 contract because the vetting agent experienced poor internet signal. I should sue these people. Stay away, stay away, stay away.
