We came in with a rough idea and left the first session with a proper scope. Delivery ran a week over on one module, but they flagged it early rather than letting us find out ourselves. We now own the code outright.

Our old website was heavy, and every small change had to go through a developer. BMS rebuilt it from scratch, and now the marketing team can change the content themselves. Progress is updated weekly, so we always know where the work is at.

We needed a company profile website and a custom booking feature on a tight deadline. BMS Services delivered on time, the site loads fast, and they walked our staff through the admin panel so we could manage content ourselves. Great Value.

If you are considering joining this company to build your career, I strongly recommend you pause and gather accurate information first, as it could save you from making a decision that might put your career at serious risk. Despite having some promising projects, the company lacks experienced employees in the relevant technologies and is actively seeking developers who can work on these complex projects for unreasonably low salaries. There is absolutely no work-life balance, and the working hours are extremely rigid. Salaries are frequently delayed, and the company does not maintain any emergency financial support for employees. Moreover, there is a complete absence of effective management or structured business operations. Unrealistic expectations are placed on employees, including the demand to complete long-term projects within impractically short deadlines. Overall, these issues raise significant concerns about the company's professionalism, sustainability, and respect for employee well-being.
