I think I was scammed! Website looked awful! Spent a lot on marketing with zero return AND they absolutely are not local (USA) based! Very bad experience for me! They also sent my business name to be trademarked... Shouldn't I have gotten something stating that my business name is trademarked?? Super over paid! Bad on me, but a little pissed that I never received confirmation.

Started great, ended horribly bad. Bottom line is they simply didn't know what they were doing. I highly recommend this company to those who need a tax break/shelter. This place is a scam. Do not I repeat do not do business here. I was overcharged for web design services and overpaid when I had to create my own logo and create my own web content. They then tried to bribe me after paying thousands of dollars to them me that someone was trying to get my business name and get it trademarked and wanted me to pay and additional $2000 so that they could stop the person from using my company name. They then insisted that I wire them funds which I knew was shady and after refusing I looked up on the trademark website and confirmed they were trying to scam me. I will be filing a formal complaint with the BBB and hoping to recover at least some of the money that I wasted on this company and their services.

Techcelerant created an absolutely amazing logo for our company. Ariel and Adam maintained constant contact and everybody was incredibly accommodating, making sure we were completely happy with the result. We will definitely use them again for some of their many services tailored towards small businesses. Highly, highly recommend Techcelerant!UPDATE: After a great 1st experience with Techcelerant, we decided to hire them again to design our website. We hired them in April with a contract stating that we would have a completed website in 20-30 days. We paid them $500 upfront, at their insistence. As of October 22nd, we STILL have not received the website. I am a single mother with a disabled child and $500 is a lot of money for me! They don’t care. They (Adam in particular) have completely stopped responding to all attempts of communication, whether it be phone call or email. They STOLE my money. DO NOT HIRE TECHCELERANT. Listen to the other reviews. They will take your money and run, leaving you six months behind schedule and having to start over at square one!!!!

Its been a horrible experience, not with the employees, with the owner. I created a website with them with future plans on using them for my app. I didn’t like the details and the way the website turned out. I started looking for other developers, and the owner got pissed because i would use them.Please be careful using this company. The owner Scott (which is probably not his real name) is rude and obnoxious..Also, this company is NOT a USA based company, which I was told it was. It just has a US address

If you are looking to use this company, you may want to take a second to read over this review before you do so. This is one of the worst companies that i have worked with. In the beginning, it will seem great. They will tell all the things that you want to hear and you will sign a contract with them but BEWARE! Although you will sign a contract with them, they will not fulfill their end of their contract and at the end of the project, they will try to milk you for more money.Also, although the site is based in America, they hire people from China etc.. to do their work so although you will be shelling out American dollars, you are actually paying for someone in their house in India or China to do his/her job. All, in all, i was completely unsatisfied with the site that they did for me. Please feel free to reach out to me so i can tell you details and to show you receipts. I will even show you the contract! and how much money i paid for a project that really should have been half less than what i paid.I had to find others to clean up the mess this company made and the people that looked at my site said it was one of the worst that they have ever encountered!!!!Ps: I gave this company a “1” for effort…

Jignesh’s profile showed he went to MIT in fact it’s Mumbai Institute of Tech but the logo used was the real MIT.When he needs the sale he is very ready to provide service but after I am being told he doesn’t have time for me and I am treated as a low level customer.At the end my custom software still requires some updating and they only provide 30 minute calls which they’re late to and it’s not enough.I am not heard. My needs aren’t being met. I just need more service, please.
