Dear Sir/Madam,I strongly warn you against this company—if you want to lose money, you've come to the right place. The executives are arrogant and ignorant, deleting negative reviews wherever possible. All positive reviews come from their own employees or affiliated companies, which themselves have a poor reputation.Expect a defective project that is only fit for the trash. They will extract as much money from you as possible at every stage, and their explanations are completely irrational. Moreover, they try to convince you that unqualified people are competent—and expect you to pay for it. The CEO himself confirmed this in emails.I truly pity the companies that stand by these fraudsters and blindly believe in their supposed integrity, even going so far as to organize meetings within their inner circle. These individuals are criminals, so I strongly advise you to be extremely cautious regarding their promises and declarations. This company will not last long.Best regards,Matt Tocaa

My Experience with WebMakers Software House – A Cautionary Tale for Future ClientsI want to share my experience with WebMakers Software House, which unfortunately led to substantial financial losses. I engaged their services to complete a project, clearly emphasizing that the work needed to be executed in full compliance with our agreement, regardless of cost. However, the outcome was far from satisfactory, and I estimate my financial damages to be in the millions of pounds. The partnership was plagued with issues that, in my view, were due to the lack of competence of those working on the project. I found the involvement of K. Borowiec particularly troubling, as she interfered in the project despite, in my opinion, not having the necessary qualifications. Her decisions did not advance the project but rather introduced delays and confusion. This resulted in significant financial setbacks, with much of their output proving to be of little to no value. Moreover, the company charged for hours that did not reflect the work agreed upon. A notable example is the graphic design they delivered, which was incomplete and, as a result, entirely unusable.Even more concerning was the fact that the company’s owners were fully aware of these issues, as they were brought to their attention on multiple occasions. Despite this, they did not take appropriate steps to rectify the situation. Towards the latter stages of our dealings, my repeated requests for updates on the purportedly finished work went unanswered; they ceased responding to emails and avoided phone calls. I believe this was done with intent, aimed at pushing my company towards financial ruin. One of the most challenging aspects of this collaboration was their neglect of my requests to deactivate the test servers, which led to additional expenses of around $1,500, especially during a period when I was hospitalized. I am convinced these actions were deliberate, designed to further strain my financial resources.Based on my experience, this company lacks both transparency and professionalism. I also observed that numerous negative reviews about WebMakers have been taken down, which raises concerns about their credibility. Additionally, I suspect that many of their positive reviews may be fabricated or written by employees, distorting the reality of their business practices. In summary, working with WebMakers Software House turned out to be extremely costly and resulted in considerable losses. I strongly discourage engaging this company and urge potential clients to be cautious before proceeding with any projects. They will likely attempt to defend themselves, but keep in mind that you will only hear their version of events.
