My experience with this company Palm Desert Geeks, has been extremely frustrating. Pat, the owner, is a very poor communicator—he rarely responds to texts, emails, or phone calls in a timely or consistent manner. As a paying customer on a monthly subscription plan, I expected a basic level of service and professionalism, which was not delivered. Their services for website development, social media, and content posting are subpar. It appears the person responsible for this work is only available for a few hours a week, and it shows in the quality and consistency of the output. When I raised concerns about the lack of results and asked about the value I was receiving for what I was paying, I was abruptly terminated via text message—without any real conversation or attempt at resolution. Pat seemed completely unwilling to accept feedback, taking it as a personal attack rather than an opportunity to improve. Overall, it was a terrible and disappointing experience. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you’re considering using this company.

Went as a walk-in, the day before my flight and the female employee was so unbelievably kind and helpful. Fixed the problem on the spot, luckily wasn't too complicated. Could not recommend this place more, I have had other issues in the past and always bad experiences at the Apple in Palm Desert. I met Jon at a networking event for Dorset Chamber as he was the stand across from me and we got chatting. I was considering having a new website done but I wasn't actively looking for a website designer but what intrigued me about overt digital media was that they do a monthly retainer that means website edits and so on get done immediately and this is something I desperately needed but had never been offered by any other designer before so I always felt like my website was constantly out of date and I always struggled to find the time to update new employees and blogs and so on. I decided to meet with Jon and I was blown away by how he really took the time to understand my business and it was like he was reading my mind for what I wanted and needed for my website. The website production is affordable and it was done quickly and I was extremely happy with the first draft as they had understood the brief exactly. I have used the website updates a number of times and then have always been done extremely quickly and I so far I have been so impressed that I am no looking to use other services provider by overt digital media including their SEO. These guys go above and beyond but make it affordable and I would highly highly recommend them to anyone.
