We are so thankful for being recommended to Empire Creative Marketing for our websites and logos. They provide exceptional communication before/during/after development and their patience with our various inputs was welcomed. We were floored with their creativity, and they were equally interested in our ideas which collaboratively was critical in arriving at a final product that excited our company and customers. Immediately after launch of our websites we started receiving new work solely attributed to our new website platform developed by Empire. Our search engine optimization has only grown since launch, thanks to the forward planning involved. We are relieved we made the right choice to go with Empire, but we are even more impressed with the collaborative environment they created to help us develop great products we all love.

They have way too many outages, internet failures, connections issues. Had all type of level technicians and not one successful solution. We have been customers for over 2 years now. I think it's time to look elsewhere. This is not as reliable as it used to be. Either fix it or loose customers! We always pay the full price for the month, so I expect to use it without issues for the whole month.

I went to Spectrum to check on changing our phone service, the result of a good experience with their fixing some Internet problems. Brandon was the associate who helped us, and I am so glad he was there. Changing from our previous provider was complex, and since I have hearing issues, it was difficult to hear instructions. Brandon "listened" for me, walked through all the steps necessary, explained each step, and never made me feel rushed or patronized. I think that without his help, I would have given up and left with the same expensive service I walked in with. Thank you, Brandon, for your excellent help.

I returned equipment and canceled service on 1st day of new billing cycle. The employee at this local store said company would not charge me for just 1 day or they might charge a pro rate bill. I called corporate and was told I owe the entire month. They want me to pay for service I never received. Please be aware this company is not reasonable nor fair. Now they have turned me over to a collection company.

Writers, Proceed with CautionBased on my personal experience, I would strongly advise fellow writers to be cautious before engaging with this company. I was charged premium rates for marketing services that ultimately proved ineffective. Most of the promotional materials—including AI-generated images—bore no relevance to the actual content of my anthology, and I ended up having to write or revise much of the marketing myself.What concerned me most, however, was discovering that blog posts referencing my book were appearing alongside links to websites of an explicit or potentially malicious nature. I requested my pen name be removed from these sites, but received no cooperation.After escalating the issue, I was refunded—only after strongly insisting on a resolution. However, when my attorney attempted to serve the company with a formal request to remove remaining online references to my work, the business address listed on their website proved invalid and the documents were returned as undeliverable. This made further legal follow-up nearly impossible.Communication was inconsistent, and at times I felt that the team members used aliases or were not fully transparent about their roles. The entire situation left me disappointed and deeply frustrated.Although I did recover my funds, my pen name remains associated online with material I did not authorize, and I have no reliable means of having it removed. I hope my experience helps others make informed decisions.
