Brandon was the associate who helped us, and I am so glad he was there. Changing from our previous provider was complex, and since I have hearing issues, it was difficult to hear instructions. Brandon "listened" for me, walked through all the steps necessary, explained each step, and never made me feel rushed or patronized. I think that without his help, I would have given up and left with the same expensive service I walked in with. Thank you, Brandon, for your excellent help.

I returned equipment and canceled service on 1st day of new billing cycle. The employee at this local store said company would not charge me for just 1 day or they might charge a pro rate bill. I called corporate and was told I owe the entire month. They want me to pay for service I never received. Please be aware this company is not reasonable nor fair. Now they have turned me over to a collection company.
