I am so impressed with the entire process and my website. It is EXACTLY what I wanted. I didn’t have to give up my first born in the cost. They sent me a questionnaire that really challenged me to think about what I want, and to put it on paper. Or at least get the ideas out of my head. I told them the overall feel I wanted, and that I wanted blue to be primary color. They picked my fav shade of blue to incorporate.The one area I was worried about was the verbiage and written content. The professional writing skills are superb. We have been working with Phase 3 for over 10 years. They have printed over 500 plaques for our Worldwide Daffodil Project. The creative support and customer service has been fantastic. Recently the number of sites participating in the Daffodil Project has grown significantly and coordinating printing and shipping was becoming an issue for us. This year we started using Phase 3's MediaLink system. It has been great. We have control over the ordering and are provided the tracking information. Using their large shipping account our cost of shipping is much lower. As we continue to grow it's great to have Phase 3/MediaLink as a partner in this effort.

They have way too many outages, internet failures, connections issues. Had all type of level technicians and not one successful solution. We have been customers for over 2 years now. I think it's time to look elsewhere. This is not as reliable as it used to be. Either fix it or loose customers! We always pay the full price for the month, so I expect to use it without issues for the whole month.

I went to Spectrum to check on changing our phone service, the result of a good experience with their fixing some Internet problems. Brandon was the associate who helped us, and I am so glad he was there. Changing from our previous provider was complex, and since I have hearing issues, it was difficult to hear instructions. Brandon "listened" for me, walked through all the steps necessary, explained each step, and never made me feel rushed or patronized. I think that without his help, I would have given up and left with the same expensive service I walked in with. Thank you, Brandon, for your excellent help.

I returned equipment and canceled service on 1st day of new billing cycle. The employee at this local store said company would not charge me for just 1 day or they might charge a pro rate bill. I called corporate and was told I owe the entire month. They want me to pay for service I never received. Please be aware this company is not reasonable nor fair. Now they have turned me over to a collection company.
