I have all the design artwork for an old brochure except that it is in quark express for a macintosh machine. So it needs some effort and work to upload it and then update it into high resolution pdf (I am told). You would have thought that The Graphic Design House of Bishop's Printers with all their expertise either would be able to do this and if not, know how and where it could be done. The person I dealt with could not have been more unhelpful and only wanted to reconstruct the whole brochure from new. I could go anywhere for that. They lost a £1000 order because of it.

Steve Drury of Web-aviso made getting my books published and promoted a breeze. He did everything allowing me to just worry about writing it! He then used his own network to promote it internationally. I would not have written the two books he has handled for me without his help and expertise!Thanks to his work, my books are handsome, hardcover books (he even designed the attractive cover art for me) with very exquisite, appropriate artwork scattered throughout!All this with no money from me, just a very fair percentage of sales income for his efforts!

They delivered an exceptionally well thought out design of a machine, and they did it for half the budget that other teams had quoted. Writers, Proceed with CautionBased on my personal experience, I would strongly advise fellow writers to be cautious before engaging with this company. I was charged premium rates for marketing services that ultimately proved ineffective. Most of the promotional materials—including AI-generated images—bore no relevance to the actual content of my anthology, and I ended up having to write or revise much of the marketing myself.What concerned me most, however, was discovering that blog posts referencing my book were appearing alongside links to websites of an explicit or potentially malicious nature. I requested my pen name be removed from these sites, but received no cooperation.After escalating the issue, I was refunded—only after strongly insisting on a resolution. However, when my attorney attempted to serve the company with a formal request to remove remaining online references to my work, the business address listed on their website proved invalid and the documents were returned as undeliverable. This made further legal follow-up nearly impossible.Communication was inconsistent, and at times I felt that the team members used aliases or were not fully transparent about their roles. The entire situation left me disappointed and deeply frustrated.Although I did recover my funds, my pen name remains associated online with material I did not authorize, and I have no reliable means of having it removed. I hope my experience helps others make informed decisions.

***BROKERS BEWARE***This printer will contact your clients and do projects with them behind your back. I discussed this with the client and they were contacted by their sales rep. I called to discuss with them and they had no care in the world, Casey (the Owner) showed no compassion or unapologetic for the situation. I would suggest printing with more trustworthy printers that have a little more business ethics. There are plenty to choose from and will have better pricing and turnaround times. If you are not a top-tier client they do not treat you with the same customer service.

Terrible Customer Service!Completely unprofessional and unhelpful. My four businesses have been going here for over 10 years at this point. Something must have changed in the last year or so because they do not do a good job and don't care about you as a loyal customer and refuse to help you. Their shipping has failed multiple times, and when you ask for help, they either have no answers or can't do anything. I spoke with a manager, he promised to follow up and never did. He told me he’d send a email and update me, that never happened. On top of that, he raised his voice at me, which was totally out of line. There are far better options out there. We found a company that did the same job for nearly $100 less, with free shipping. We got it rushed too! And was still cheaper! Avoid this place if you value your time, events, and money. And if their shipping messes up, good luck getting help from Got Print, they will do absolutely NOTHING to help you out. To them that’s just not their responsibility. They ruined a part of our event for their incompetence when I did everything I was supposed to do ordering. And even if shipping messed up, you still have a responsibility to help. I’m sure I’ll get some boiler plate response from them because I’m sure they’re too lazy to even do proper customer service. I’m not gonna call you back, you’ve lost my businesses and all my friends businesses.

I was hesitant with all the terrible reviews I read, but I needed a foam board for a bridal shower welcome sign and Got Print was half the price from staples AND it was printed double sided which I needed since I’m hanging it from a rack that will see it on both sides. I also was close enough to Burbank where I could pick up and avoid the delivery chaos. So I figured I’d roll the dice. Staples was charging double and only single sided. This came out perfect!! Photos show my digital design and then the final product. Just what I needed. Thank you Got Print!I ordered at 8:50pm on July 1st and this was ready for pick up at 12pm on July 3rd. So fast (I did pay a few bucks more for rush production and for the drilled holes on top to hang with ribbon) but total was $42.Will be using again!

Update: I previously gave this company a 4 star, but I'm altering it to a 1 star. 14 days (9 business days) after placing an order, my materials are still "in production". No communication. It's undependable at this point and I'll no longer be using this company. ////// I've used this company a few times now for business cards and appreciate their speed. The consistency of the cuts could be better, but I don't have a large sample size to compare the quality of their cuts vs other companies... maybe it's as good as it gets. I have to knock off one star because of the shipping cost. For 600 business cards, their cheapest shipping option was over $19...
