Digis is redesigning our website to a magento based platform to migrate from a Wordpress based platform. Key deliverables include a full discovery document to determine and outline the scope of the work and the magento platform with custom development to fit our needs.Everything has been delivered on time. Danila our project manager has great communication and always responds in a timely manor. We always receive clear explanations and detailed time logs for the work that is done.
Both the developer and tester have exceeded expectations. Their performance is excellent. Together they eliminated bugs, introduced new features, and ensured that the app is working without problems. Previously, we had many complaints in the app store. Since working with this developer and tester, these complaints about the app functioning and bugs have disappeared.The time zone different is sometimes challenging, since we are in California and they are in Europe.

We entered into a contract with Jackson Hedden Inc. in mid-2024 for industrial and manufacturing design services for our air disinfection hardware. We paid all phase invoices on time, trusting their stated expertise in DFM, manufacturing coordination, and vendor sourcing.Our experience was deeply disappointing. After full payment in February 2025, we received incomplete or substandard deliverables including manufacturing documentation, assembly drawings, and BOMs none of which met production standards according to two independent manufacturers we consulted. Critical deliverables like manufacturer sourcing and final engineering files were simply never provided.Communication was a major issue throughout. The CEO routinely displayed a dismissive tone in meetings, disregarded client concerns, and responded to direct questions with unrelated answers. Emails frequently went unanswered. Their project manager rarely provided progress updates but persistently chased payments, even as timelines slipped with no transparency or accountability. We repeatedly had to ask even beg for updates that never came.Several promises made at the outset regarding deliverables and capabilities were not honored. After months of delays, non-performance, and unprofessional conduct, we terminated the contract and issued a formal refund demand citing material breach.This experience reflects a lack of professionalism, poor customer treatment, and failure to deliver on contractual commitments. If you're considering this firm for any hardware or manufacturing design work, proceed with extreme caution and verification of their true capabilities. Now we are taking serious legal action against them.
On October 4, 2024, my prototype (Boujée Toilet Bowl Brush) was received by Jackson Hedden Inc. for repairs after it arrived to me in a cracked and unusable condition. I was told that repairs would be done at no cost. Despite repeated follow-ups over a span of more than six months, the prototype was never repaired or returned. In fact, as recently as last week, I was informed during a recorded conversation that the brush was still in pieces and not ready to be shipped.On April 16, 2025, I received a billable statement for 9.25 hours, which included $600 billed specifically for work on the prototype, despite it still being in disrepair at that time. The statement also reflected misrepresented charges for communications with the manufacturer on February 15 and April 15 and included vague range dates (April 1-15) that have since been disputed and disproven by the manufacturer, who confirmed in writing that no such communication occurred on those dates or with those individuals.After raising concerns, I received a revised invoice on April 21, 2025, now totaling 13.4 hours, with the previously listed (and disputed) charges removed but other unexplained charges added raising the bill by over $1,000. The timing of the updated invoice and sudden claim that the prototype is now ready to ship appears to be an effort to deflect accountability following my refund request. The company has only sent a photo of a hose and has not provided any evidence or video of a functional prototype.I am a small startup business, and this prototype was a critical part of launching my first product. The actions of Jackson Hedden Inc. have caused significant delays, financial strain, and stress on my ability to get my business off the ground. My business has not even launched yet, and I am already facing substantial losses due to the mishandling of this project. I am requesting a full refund for the prototype repair which exceeds months and repair charges for the prototype.

Project management was highly collaborative, prioritizing quick feedback loops and structured delivery of design milestones. While all major items were delivered on time, their exceptional responsiveness and flexibility in integrating complex creative feedback was a highlight of the process.
We are in the process of creating a new construction takeoff and estimating platform for small to midsized contractors. One of our biggest challenges is creating a simple solution for people with limited technical ability. The League team came onboard and understood immediately what we were going for. From our discovery calls to delivery the whole process took about 6 weeks. I was really impressed by Nadiia and Tetiana's understanding of the construction industry terminology and what the output should be from our software. This is not a reputable or honorable company. They said it would take about two months to finish the site. Five months later the site was not finished and Mr Bilawal emailed us and said they need to charge us more money. When we objected Mr Bilawal stated either pay more money or they will abandon the project. When we objected to paying more money one more time we received this email from Mr Bilawal "I understand and based on our contract I would like to terminate our agreement on the project" So even though we paid them thousands of dollars they abandoned the project and we have nothing. The little bit of work they did was useless and unusable. They are completely incompetent to build even a rudimentary ecommerce website.
We are scoping to build an application for the users, which will allow users to register to the app, add their details, manage their E-journal, create notes, medical conditions, health details, medicines, and they will be able to add calendar to remind and send alert according to their noted schedule. The app will notify and remind users to follow the routine. Admin will be able to manage everything performed on the platform from the Back-end Panel. In the beginning, Urban Software & Web Development would provide XD designs, and we had regular virtual meetings to understand my concepts/designs. We also operated off Monday.com, email, and Google docs/sheets. Once the app had been built, I received builds that I would download, review, and provide feedback on both via email as well as on our weekly virtual meetings. I'm on my third project manager, and no, they have failed to meet deadline after deadline. I have email upon email with promise after promise that the app will launch on exact date. As delivery dates have come, I've asked for timelines and a plan of action, only to have been met with false promises that the work is nearing completion.Many times, the team was out due to a holiday, or I would get some other technical excuse as to why the app wasn't progressing - for example, notifications weren't working because there was an issue with my dedicated server that was causing issues with the time zones. Multiple times when I asked for something, a new build, a timeline, phone or virtual meeting with Muhammad Bilawal (CEO), they would tell me when I would get it, and then it wouldn't happen, but instead, they would send me a new build hoping that would satisfy me and since I was just wanting a finished product I kept falling for their antics. I regret partnering with this company and I will not recommend them to anyone looking for Mobile App Development.

I hired Urban Software & Web Development to develop a mobile app from start to finish. Urban Software will play music to your ears right from the start and promise you the world. They will also claim they have a full team in US along with a corporate office (that you'll initially meet in to go over your project)However, once you sign the contract and start developing, you'll soon realize that Mack is the only person in the company that is here in US, he also works from home while he farms all the work off shore to extremely unskilled so called developers.Mack is extremely good at making you feel like everything is going to plan, when in actual fact you are losing months and years of your life while flushing your money down the drain. I ended up legal with this company and had to take the code to an actual company here in US where I have spend an enormous amount of money to fix the horrible code. I was even told by the new company that the code is the absolute worst code they have ever seen. The list goes on but I'll leave it here for now.Please do yourself a favor and don't fall into Mack sales tactics. I honestly from the bottom of my heart am warning you. I have also met 2 other people since leaving Urban Software & Web Development that have had a very similar experience. In short, This company will take your money with a smile and produce you nothing short of a nightmare and all your dreams crushed.

Agency Partner built us a pretty website... but it was slow and not technically optimized for SEO. The backend was very buggy, with many "useless" sections in the WordPress dashboard. I am a WordPress developer, but I am also the company's marketing director so we chose to have the site developed by an outside company. I spent approximately 20 hours working on the backend removing useless "features" and optimizing the site to pass the Core Web Vitals. It should've been a huge red flag when the company wouldn't show us the backend before launch. Additionally, when they launched the site they "no-indexed" the entire website! Recently, I sent a ticket to support to fix 404 pages. After getting no response for several days, I went into the site and fixed the error myself. They had the audacity to send me a "we fixed the error" email 24 hours after we fixed the issues ourselves! If you are looking for a well-built site, look elsewhere. This company is only good for pretty site that loads slow and is bogged down with junk. The company reached out and heard my complaints. There's not a lot they can do to make this right (since most of the work they left undone was finished by me), but at least they listened. They extended our site warranty to help fix any outstanding issues. I'm adjusting my rating to three-stars.
