I found myself needing to step in and handle the majority of the design work, which was unexpected and time-consuming.Communication Breakdown: There were also communication issues, particularly with the VP of Sales, who often seemed unaware of our previous email exchanges. This resulted in repetitive conversations and a general feeling of inefficiency.Billing Concerns: My greatest concern was with the billing structure. I was charged based on hours spent, which, given the lack of Squarespace expertise, led to unnecessary costs for my business without delivering the expected results.Advice to Potential Clients: For those considering Concetto Labs, I recommend requesting detailed case studies of their work, particularly in your specific field.
