We have been working with Phase 3 for over 10 years. They have printed over 500 plaques for our Worldwide Daffodil Project. The creative support and customer service has been fantastic. Recently the number of sites participating in the Daffodil Project has grown significantly and coordinating printing and shipping was becoming an issue for us. This year we started using Phase 3's MediaLink system. It has been great. We have control over the ordering and are provided the tracking information. Using their large shipping account our cost of shipping is much lower. As we continue to grow it's great to have Phase 3/MediaLink as a partner in this effort.

Roger West is the BEST (especially Kendall). I'll be honest... I had never heard of this agency and was a bit skeptical about them at first. They proved me wrong on day ONE. They're genuinely good at ALL areas of design, copywriting, ad optimization, SEO, and web development. Like ACTUALLY very good. I've worked with many agencies over the years -- some well-known, some not -- and none of them are good at everything marketing-related EXCEPT Roger West. Of the more than 20 agencies we evaluated, Roger West Creative decidedly stood out. I really felt Roger West understood the nuance of how marketing and sales strategies should be deployed -- with your full sales effort in mind. I was beyond impressed with the marketing talent which resides here and they were a top choice in our final decision. The discovery conversations were super constructive and I really felt the team took their time to carefully listen and understand what we were trying to accomplish in our market space. This is probably the best marketing agency in the greater Tampa area and I feel their end product could easily compete on the national stage.

Perhaps there are other things they do well. We hired 829 to build our website & it was by far one of the most ridiculous experiences I’ve ever faced. Staff was incompetent & condescending for good measure. They took a year and change to deliver a site that is horrifyingly unstable. Horrible.Edit: so many 5 star reviews should make one suspicious. They gave me more attention in an effort to get me to delete this review than when we genuinely needed it. Really horrible organization and I use my experience with them often as a cautionary tale. To recap: 829 offered services they were unqualified to deliver, overcharged for those and spent more time trying to upsell and pad their team with as many warm bodies as they could charge us for. Still salty about it…

Our team chose 829 after interviewing many agencies for the complete rebrand, new website build, SEO improvements, and PR guidance and strategy. Collaborating on the design of the website was surprisingly productive, we needed one or two additional rounds then was first planned and we ended up with a design we all agreed delivered on the requested notes. From brand to website, clean and fresh aesthetic. Our SEO performance was immediately light years improved and continued to grow. The team brought excellent ideas forward and worked well with our opinionated colleagues with clear vision and preferences. I personally enjoyed the 829 staff assigned to our projects and appreciated the ease of working with them through delivery and post delivery management. I would hire them again and I would recommend them without hesitation.
