Instead, I had to engage in constant follow-ups, a process I only expect when working with freelancers, not professional agencies. This lack of initiative was frustrating, especially as I had communicated my prior negative experiences with freelancers and chose Dot IT for a seamless, professional service.Additionally, while we agreed to use the same server and hosting, the basic theme used was a surprise.
