Performance was verified using official analytics tools such as GTmetrix, and the results were disappointing.I was handed a site that was claimed to be "complete", when in reality it was missing essential features and the graphics were of questionable quality. After months of postponements, I received only apologies and delays, with continuous problems importing the products.BEWARE OF THE ADVANCES: IN THE EVENT OF NON-COMPLIANCE ON THEIR PART, THEY WILL NOT PROVIDE ANY REFUNDThis point should give serious thought to anyone who is thinking of relying on them.I advise you to evaluate with extreme caution and not to be influenced by reassuring tones or broken promises.Once the contract was terminated, the new, decidedly more professional company took 15 days to complete the project and with SIGNIFICANTLY SUPERIOR, UNCOMPARABLE performances!-----------------------------------------------------------------I am responding to dsi design's responseWhy should we lie? We have no personal interest: our review is purely informative and based on direct experience. The point is simple: with this agency we have not achieved the set objective.
